With Cycle Assist I have very low/no sides when using Halo. It does depend on your exp, weight etc.- I personally don't run it over 75mgs

Don't use dynamic formulas. I hated that brand. Underdosed. Use lgi or ironflex. And run it with cycle assist as stated above.
