No, just the boots and glowsticks. Sometimes I'll wear one of those round glowsticks on my head if I'm gonna go heavy that day.

Such a beast bro. Did you feel as if you bent your back a bit more than you should have at the bottom? I get paranoid about form on squats when I go heavy because of my bad back. Always feel like I'm wrecking my back and throws me off my game.
 
His arch stayed solid and the chest did not fall in the "LIFTS"...2 friggin reps!! Max lifts are always when you see where weak links are and form breakdown. His lower back did start to fade but he was able to muscle thru it. He is strong that's for sure.

Germany, France, Austria, Ireland and Belgium on the list

Tried to sleep uhhhg terrible seat at the back didn't recline.
Watched movies, read and ate. Only 9 hours, I've done 13 to Africa
