Not much access to a computer for me this week. I'll be starting my dpol, abe, and epro stack next week once things get a little more settled

Randall what are your goal lifts for the meet?
Where are you now?

I was thinking something along the lines of 435 465-475 then 490-500 for my 3 lifts. I pulled 455 raw the other day. I'm ordering a suit on monday, a lot will depend on how fast I can get accustomed to it and what I'm able to pull in it.

No Doja Ima train you with the suit. It's one of those things that need to be trained. You can't just put on and go. There's steps

That's what I said. Wasn't implying that I was gonna take it out of the box and hit a 500lb dead.

Lol I know was just stating on the process. You warm up, then half suit and full suit and how to put on and tighten and what not

I plan on wearing it around the house for most of this next month, if I can find a cape to match that is.

My strength is down a little bit sadly since I've cut down so hard and been crazy busy.

My Squat is like my worst lift for some reason. My bench saves my totals usually.

I'm the opposite, gonna have to hire AB to fix my bench after my deadlift.

Been in the game awhile, I've got a bit of a hip impingement I'm dealing with which hurts squats. But if I start looking to hit a meet ill give you a shout ASAP
 
What do these suits do, support the joints?
 
Getting ready to hit my first workout since vacation (deadlifts!)... weighed myself preworkout - didn't gain a single pound according to my logbook. I was eating everything in site!

So what I would correct is everything. The speed is perfect and you seem even. Get your legs under you but keep heels to floor. Get a nice arch going. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and flex your lats.

Big breath in... Down and on the push do the exhaling.

Biggest thing is elbow placement. Keep the elbows in to the body. Whole movement. Will be easier on the shoulders and activate your tris more. Keep at it!

Thank you for the response! For my elbows, would the be fixed by changing my hand placement then?
