I did mountain dog back and added some legs In. 3 hours later I was shakin like a leaf on a tree. Too much stim. Felt good In the gym but the shakes hit me like 45 mins after I left the gym. I think ill stick to just the enhanced for a while.
 
Sounds like the meth-effect R3action was looking for!

1.5 alphamine and 1 of enhanced. I'm
Gonna try 2 of enhanced tomorrow. I was going to do it today but I went to the gym fasted like 45 mins after I woke up and I drink alphamine when I wake up everyday so I figured I might as well throw my Enhanced in with it. If I would recommend mixing them I'd recommend .5 alphamine + 1 enhanced probably
 
I think it actually was closer to 1.5 of each because my scoop of enhanced was extremely Rounded also. Too much stim for my system and I'm a stim junkie lol
 
After today I'm going to have to ween myself from stims. I went all day yesterday without any caffeine and woke up to go to work with a horrible headache. Didn't go away until I slammed an energy drink.
 
I honestly don't think I've ever taken a stim break. Probably should
 
I drink coffee throughout the day and eventually I should taper down from that amount. But that's why I don't like a caffeine-heavy pre, I already get a ton of it throughout the day. I don't miss 1,3 all that much but I have a lot of bulk caps I could use to add to formulas if I want to. Will probably be using Alphamine next month; curious to see how it interacts with various formulas.

Alphamine stacks pretty well with more Alphamine!
 
Right there with you big man. I can't even go the 8 or so hours of sleep now without waking up with a headache. Get that morning coffee in and I'm good. I can't use DMAA anymore because it actually makes me lethargic....weird. I don't go cold turkey when I ween off. I just cut it back gradually until finally I am using almost zero. I also try to work it in during a deload week if possible.

I'm sure a few weeks of just coffee would do me fine.
 
Kinda disappointed in you guys!

I left for 10 days and everyone just carries on with their lives. I was hoping you guys would drop everything until I returned.

But instead everyone just allowed a bunch of ppages to pile up in every log that I had to catch up on today. Ridiculous.

Also, bought two shirts today.

Should have them soon. One was the "Eat Lightning, **** Thunder" shirt. Saw AB get one in black and was hoping for it but it was not to be.

That sucks dude. Seems like this has been a horrible year for people getting sick. Hope it doesn't ruin your vacation
