Man, this stuff is awesome! Crazy energy and I didn't feel like leaving the gym. Even after staying almost two hours I had so much extra energy that I had to find something else to do when I got home. Luckily the weather was nice and I got caught up on some yardio!

So after some time off I figured I could sneak in a chest day. All I have to say is fail. After hitting incline 80's I knew I made a mistake. Looks like this really is going to be a true off season. Been slaying cardio at about 1100 calories each morning. Now to find an all core, cardio, lower split and just ride this out.

Like breezy said it would be very effective for a cut. The products would be great for preserving muscle while leaning. I would also use the stack for a clean/lean bulk. Alphamine has helped me stay a lot leaner while upping my calories.

Definitely possible buddy! Not using that part of your body in your routines will lead to some loss no matter what you throw at it but it could definitely be beneficial.

You might want to check out Ergobolic (because of the ingredient Sutherlandia). I believe Coop talked about this situation in his log a few months back.
