Yes, and do your naked old dudes use a blow dryer to dry themselves? Several old naked dudes at my gym stand there and blow dry themselves that I have seen. I don't know what age it is that you get so much extra ball skin that a towel no longer does the job, but I'm not looking forward to that birthday lol.

Lol i think all my naked old guys air dry...that's the only possible reason I can come up with to walk around the men's locker room naked and stepping on your ball sack for 15 mins
 
Gave my buddy (who's never used a Pre before) 1.5 scoop of ConDense before his back workout.

Can't wait to see how he likes it.!

Definitely! I miss MM, wish I got the feeling you all get from condense. I'm a non-responder on the pumps and energy it seems unfortunately. :(

He liked the taste, energy, and pump. But the beta alanine flush and tingles were too much.

Gonna have him try MM today before he does legs.

My wife couldn't handle the tingles either. She said it made it itch like crazy lol she was miserable.

Went in for my annual physical, I knew I had a tear in my shoulder. They wanted to do an xray for a follow up. They said they see a large joint separation and I guess I have to do at least a week of physical therapy before I can get an MRI. They said absolutely no weight lifting until they know what is going on. Dammit in not too happy about this.

Shoulder problems ain't nuthin' ta mess wit'. Take it slow and easy. A week off is better than 6-9 months.

After hitting a PR on almost all my lifts this month it's not welcomed news. Especially with another injury to the same shoulder... TB500 or bust.
