Not that you guys need another forum lol but the main rep from AMS (and my friend) bought Lean Bulk. Guys should pop over if you want. Small now but has major potential to get big again like it used to be.

Focking great day in the gym. Got together with a bro of mine today and absolutely murdered chest. Gonna switch to his gym and start training with him all the time. Hooked him up with a ton of MM and Condense and started him on d-pol. Gonna be such good motivation, he has at least 12lbs of muscle on me and 20lbs and 2 reps over me on all the big 4. He knocked out 240 x 8,8,6 today and I got 230x6 on bench. Can hardly contain how motivated I am now lol. Now I just gotta get my back at 100% so I can really kill it again.

Oh yeah man, like mid january, i think we are both gonna split a load of Purus Goods and I'll keep an epic dual log. I told him today that I usually like to record my top sets for my log and he was stoked to get vids of him too. Really looking forward to it. Plus his gym that I'm switching to has like an oly and deadlift room with the big weight changer thing and bumper plates a lot of stuff my current gym doesn't.
