I think I'm gonna do an all natty back to basics cut. I have t fully decided yet. I might do a lean bulk since I'm on a cut right now.

I'm in a permanent lean bulk (until necessary to lose weight) when I come back from JRTC late Oct. I will be doing an AppNut log for ~8 weeks to get my.strength back after JRTC and hopefully get to 170 by Jan. We'll see how it all turns out with our schedules.

Did anyone see the vid of Phil Heath vs Kai Greene in the O? Lol Phil kept trying to stand in front of Kai and was moving closer to the judges. Looked kinda like a cheating tool IMO. I don't really care who won but his efforts were extremely obvious.
 
I watched it live. They were both jockeying for position. It was great stuff. The judge finally had to say something.

I know right I thought they were gonna fall off the front of the stage. But after she said something Kai stood behind the line, Phil didn't. But I don't know how to judge bodybuilding, I just thought it was weird they let him get away with it.
 
The Ms O posedown was even better. They were chasing the reigning champ around the stage to pose next to her...Lmao

Sorry, I was a little busy at the Olympia this weekend and didn't have time to do any posting. Olympia was amazing! So many people and so many cool booths. I saw just about every famous bodybuilder and MMA fighter there is as well as some fine looking ladies....

I was disappointed that more AM forum bros weren't there, but it was cool to meet a lot of the reps from BB.com. I did meet VaughnTrue from iForce and Vicesoldier from Genomyx. Purus had a sweet looking booth with all the ConDense I could drink. I seriously drank over a gallon of pwo's over the course of two days. Gotta have something to keep you going over course of two full days! Green Apple ConDense is the $hit by the way. I could drink that stuff all day!

I will try to post a few pics a little later.

I got a pretty fat stash of the goods at the moment, after my test powder/anabeta, I'm gonna log d-pol recycle on a couple boards, plus of course the 2 fine PWOs as well.
