Question for ya's. it's been 6-7 weeks back now, I did legs this morning before work, I am doing light-medium weights @ 20 to bulk /muscle endurance and save joints(not :439: can't save them), but for squats I am doing wide - half squats due to my knees and pu$$y strength. How effective are these? When I get some strength back should I try less weight and full range of motion? I am unconfident in my leg steength and knee ability during squats and lunges ATM. I should also mention I do stiffy deadlifts because of this too.


I am waiting for my natty stack(APpnut)+super cissus and hoping that takes the joint pain while under load down a notch or ten on a few different areas.

Hey bro, I was injured a few years back and lost a lot of function to my left leg. I'm not sure about stiff deads or half squats. However I just do leg curls, extensions, calf presses, and leg press. I may not get everything that other guys get out of my routine for legs but I am happy with the strength I gain from these exercises. If I'm not comfortable I don't do it. I'd rather lack a little in the legs than have to end lifting for
an injury.
 
Don't worry about the numbers - do the weight your comfortable with. You'll work up & gain strength. I was a dumba$$ in high school, trying to keep up with the other guys in the gym, instead of being on my plan. Ended up jacking my shoulder up pretty good for it too...

Even though I haven't been posting lately, I did catch one edit to end all edits from LTL. It was the 10 paragraph edit.....It gave me a much needed laugh at the time!

Thought it was just me. It basically thinks I am posting blank posts. One of my PM's went through blank too.

AM gives me so much trouble. I can't subscribe to threads that I start for some reason so I never know if there are replies without searching out the thread.

I used to really enjoy leg days and squats. When I was 20, I met a Highland games guy. Taught me front squats and I loved them. Unfortunately I cannot bend like that in the arms/ wrists right now so half squats (behind) are ok. I set a bench up behind me for just in case. And am at 135 3x20 same with the stiffies. I also include the same as you in my leg workout. I am pumped for my Stack (Appnut IGF2, free test, rpm, drive and neovar) and super cissus. Should really help with everything!

I haven't used any athletix stuff personally. Surprised by the lack of USP love. Figured it was in everyone's top three :laugh:
 
Now you guys got me thinking! There's too many good companies now! PNI, athletix, AppNut, and those already mentioned along with SNS. Why only 3?!
 
I haven't used a whole lot of supps honestly. I've pretty much only used PWO's, creatine, Glutamine, and whey...lol I feel like a supp virgin

Single supplement - Cissus. There are plenty of great choices but most of them can be obtained through diet. Cissus is important to me because it allows me to train without being held back by pain.

Top 3 Supp companies (from my experiences):

Genomyx
iForce

Not enough experience with PES, Purus or Southland, but I think they could be up there too.

Lifting gloves? I keep runnin through my current ones every few months. I'd like some strong durable quality ones that fit nice, any suggestions?

So, instead of letting TP go, I'm back on it.

I'm just going to dose @ night to see if that helps with sleep & to keep my anger issues to a minimum. ;)

48 days straight, 2 tubs back to back no off day. :D
 
Ok so its the test powder that's makin me a dick. I thought it was the Alphamine (i love it) cuz my first dose and all night at work I been a dick. Wtf??? I'm even wearing my test powder shirt
