Question for ya's. it's been 6-7 weeks back now, I did legs this morning before work, I am doing light-medium weights @ 20 to bulk /muscle endurance and save joints(not :439: can't save them), but for squats I am doing wide - half squats due to my knees and pu$$y strength. How effective are these? When I get some strength back should I try less weight and full range of motion? I am unconfident in my leg steength and knee ability during squats and lunges ATM. I should also mention I do stiffy deadlifts because of this too.
I am waiting for my natty stack(APpnut)+super cissus and hoping that takes the joint pain while under load down a notch or ten on a few different areas.

However I just do leg curls, extensions, calf presses, and leg press. I may not get everything that other guys get out of my routine for legs but I am happy with the strength I gain from these exercises. If I'm not comfortable I don't do it. I'd rather lack a little in the legs than have to end lifting for
an injury.
