yeah, that's the plan.. now they need "Purus Hoes" sizes :] I've been trying to get a few ladies to buy FSXR.. but, women are too lazy to exercise & diet too *rolls eyes*

Understandably so, I'm gonna wear my current Purus shirt for squats today, I'm gonna smash them I want everyone at my gym to know my secret lol.

My wife loves FSXR. But she's also one of the few who actually workout after having a baby haha you guys are few and far between

I'll see if we can get a line going. (We do have a sponsored female athlete.) Either way we would have to make em in Small, Medium I guess... Make em pink too & fitted around the torso so guys don't go buying Purus shirts wearing a small...

I live and work in NJ about 20 mins for where the tower where, I still remeber it like it was yesterday! I watched the smoke rise for days from my office window! Much love and respect to all you guy's who serve and have served our country!!

Can anyone here clarify what a Widowmaker squat is. I did what I thought they were in the gym and shot a video but I don't wanna post it if I ****ed it up. lol

All I could find was that it is 20 rep squats in rapid succession. So I'm hoping thats what it is because thats what I did. 3 times. :D

I believe it's a 20 rep squat AFTER 3 heavier squat sets, with little rest between sets. Like rest/pause sets. So it would look something like...
Set 1 close to failure
30-45 sec rest
Set 2 close to failure
30-45 sec rest
Set 3 to failure
No rest set of -20....

At least that's always been my take on it. Could be completely wrong though lol

Yea I see that. After looking around on youtube that seems to be the general consensus. One explanation I found was this:

So if thats the case then I ****ed up. I did 2 warmup sets and then did 3 sets of 20 reps at increasing weight and I only filmed the first set. Oops. Still killed my quads though lol Next time I'll do this correctly!

I almost don't even want to post the video. I'm sure the DENIZENS of the WEBZ will attack me :\ "Thats not widowmaker you bitch!" EEK!
 
No, it's from DC training. You are supposed to do 1 heavy set to failure in the 6-8 rep range, rest 2-3 minutes and then bang out a single set of 20 reps with a weight that 15 is barely doable. You don't rack the weight, you take some air and keep grinding.

I see. Wish I knew this going into the gym today lol. Next time I'll do it correctly... but as far as the video is concerned it just shows me doing 20 reps. You guys would have no idea what I did beforehand ;) (well you guys would, youtube wouldn't lol)
