Did it yesterday. That was the only caffeine for me the whole day and I needed a big bump for my back workout. I have a pretty high tolerance so this was no major jump for me. :twisted:

21yr old and a 9yr old...my wife pleaded for 12 years before I was ready. Lol Should have given in earlier though...53 with a 9 yr old is brutal.
