Anyway, I have a bunch going on and haven't had as much time for this addiction lately. Here some updates:

1 x 4 x 130 ...on the fourth rep I turned my head funny, twisted my neck and pulled a muscle in my neck/chest. I'd pulled this muscle a couple weeks ago when I slept on it funny. I feel like I've been getting minor injuries, which is probably because I am getting lax - but I blame
Kaprice and
hairygrandpa for arguing with me about injuries ...seems like ever since that discussion I've had some minor injuries.

Yesterday was a high calorie day and I over did it a little ...had some cookies in addition to what I'd normally eat and didn't realize that 4 cookies had 800 calories. They were pretty small. Didn't see it coming. Oops.
Today's Weigh In:
Bodyweight: 171.7 pounds (don't ask me how..I am definitely bloated today)
Aria Body fat % : 20.2%
Forgot to take my waist.
Had to wake up at 6 this morning to get a bunch of work done. Took some phenylpiracetam to help wake up with my morning coffee. Worked well for getting me going.
Around 330 this afternoon I found a box of Bronkaid in my cabinet that I didn't even realize I had. I haven't used ephedrine in a long while....I took two Bronkaid and 400 mg of caffeine as my pre-workout pick me up.
About 30 minutes later I went to workout:
Deadlifts:
1 x 8 x 275 warm up
1 x 4 x 395... didn't hit 5 but for some reason felt really good.

I didn't feel as tired as I expected from the deads...didnt realize why and almost wanted to keep going...
Leg Presses

1 x 4 x 660 ...still felt good ...still didn't know why
Bent Over Rows:

1 x 3 x 185 ....felt like I could go forever
Bench Presses:

1 x 2 x 215 ....felt good and decided to go even heavier

1 x 2 x 130 ....at this point I realized that not only was I doing more sets than I normally would, just because it felt right, but my rest periods had been very short for the entire workout

Finished the workout and felt like I could just keep going. It was really strange. I started taking some Beta Alanine and Modern Creatine that I had in my cabinets about 3 days ago and was thinking it couldn't be that so early on...then I realized. 50 mg of ephedrine and 400 mg of caffeine pre workout to stay awake is the reason I felt so good! I totally forgot I even took it. I also forgot how awesome Ephedrine can be, especially since I didn't feel any signs of taking a stimulant like other things can create.
Finished today at 800 calories and I am going to try to stay around 800 for Monday and Tuesday, keep Wed. Which is my high calorie day to under 2000 and then Thanksgiving in Thursday is just going to be a bloodbath as I have two families to celebrate with ...
