Fat loss insan1ty with Sup3r-11 and Ignit3

Just an update for this morning's weigh in, which I've been slacking on posting:

Bodyweight: 172.8
Aria Bodyfat %: 19.4%

Haven't been taking my waist.

I have been taking 1 ml of sup3r-11 two times per day for 9 days. Measured with a syringe. I can almost see a change in the mirror, or at least I can fool myself into thinking that, even though the weight isn't dropping that fast. Yesterday was the 2500 calorie day, today I am at 800 calories.

No workout today. But I felt like I really wanted to workout. Hope I feel the same tomorrow.

Calories for the day are adding up to about 1500...about 100 more than planned.

Thank you sir! I believe that is a Problem for 10 reps, at least recently. Not bad considering I hurt my back last week and I still don't feel 100%...but squats and deads seem to actually help me fix problems like that.

Training is about mind over matter. But somethings got to control that mind. By you being able to work through the pain associated with a recent "injury" it just shows that you are in charge If your self and don't let things stop you. I have eased pain by working it in the past as well. Nice going homey

Thank you sir. I don't want to give the wrong impression. I injured my back 2 Sundays ago, and it wasn't an end of the world injury but I had a limo for a day or two. I was squatting again within 3 days, but there is just a stiffness that is still there. I'd been avoiding deadlifts because if it, but they felt good.

Having said that, you are correct....pain can really hold us back, even after it is gone. It could be easy to avoid deadlifts altogether because I don't want to injure myself. But in reality, those deads make me stronger and improve my movement patterns, which make me more resistant to injuries...

I've had other times where I have hurt my back and literally couldn't walk for a week or two. I mean, like crawling around my house in my hands and knees. Those times take a lot more mental fortitude to come back from.

Brother, this is funny, and I won't say I've never read or responded to AM while driving....but be safe, I would feel horrible if something happened to you while responding to a thread. The threads will all be there when you aren't driving.

I know, youd think as many people as Ive scraped out of cars for doing the same Id be smarter. The good thing(better anyway) about voice text is I can look at where aim going. But I feel like I'm having an affair on my wife with you guys, just cant seem to get enough and look forward to reading and replying continuously.

Just updating. I've had about 920 calories today and I spent 45 minutes on the treadmill and went 4.25 miles. Burned about 575 calories per my Fitbit. I will probably have a couple hundred more calories tonight, it is my medium day, but I was 100 over yesterday.

Lol, I was thinking....I set it for 45 minutes and at 40 minutes I was already thinking about how much it sucked and zip should just quit. But I couldn't allow myself to come back here and tell you guys that I only did 5-10 minutes. No Joke at all...totally true. I kept going and after about 15 minutes I was just in the groove and doing it. I was doing 1 minute at 8 mph, then 1 at 4 mph, and switching it around doing S much as I could at 8 mph.

And you did well. I think the only way I can do more than 20 minutes of cardio is racquetball. So your smashing me!

Not bad...it is really hard to tell from my data if I've been losing much weight. The weight fluctuates so much with the calorie cycling and I don't quite have a grasp on it yet. I started the 6-week challenge on 10/28 and was at 171. I have bounced around, I actually hit 169 last Friday late in the day (when I usually weigh a little more) and then bounced back up and now I'm back at 169.

The lowest I've been in 30 years is 168.3 about a month ago...so the fact I am within a pound of that and barely even feel like I am working at this and also don't feel depleted at all, should be positive.

High calorie day today. Had a cup of egg beaters with 2 oz. Fat free cheese cooked in 1 tbsp coconut oil for breakfast. Had 1 tablespoon coconut oil this afternoon, and a protein shake after my workout. 535 calories and 67 g of protein.

For dinner I had hibachi shrimp and fried rice...i had less rice than originally planned. ..should be around 1,000 calories and 60 grams protein.

My goal on the high calorie days is 2,500 calories. My gf made some cupcakes that are about 175 calories each so I am going to splurge on 2-3 of those and maybe a handful of nut mix or simething.

Lol, she does. I am usually too busy stuffing my face to take a photo of my food....sorry. They were pumpkin cupcakes from a box with cream cheese frosting. The entire box was 2700 calories and she made it into 18 cupcakes and the frosting was a small amount but tasty.
