3 tbs of psyllium husk? Dang. That didn't block you up?
Yeah, I don't really measure. A lot of times I just dump as much in as the water will suspend. In this case I had a tablespoon and just did 3. If it blocked me up at all, I still lost two pounds! So there will be some more glorious weight loss in store if it did, but I feel find. It was also a low cal day so not much food in my stomach at all.
I've been looking into glucomannan/kojac because even the psyllium husks don't even make me feel any more full. But then again I never feel full.
I was raised in a family of MASSIVE over eaters. I can eat more than almost anyone I know and not feel full. I am talking about massive meals, a dessert, another dessert and then be LOOKING for sweets. I never have that feeling of, "I wish I hadn't done that"...well sometimes but it is random and rare. It seems to be a little more frequent since the fasting, but still unreliable. I actually LIKE it because it is an off switch that I wish was there more often. I am wondering if all the overeating throughout life has caused damage to my vagus nerve or something.
Sorry....tangent..but somehow I saw the connection.
