Thanks bighulksmash! My pulled muscle was just that...it was fine all day yesterday. But my stomach was killing me in the afternoon so I wasn't about to have my head in the game to push a workout. Better to wait until tonight and give it 100%

That's good news if it goes away. I've seen some people say they get blurry vision on both Nolva and Clomid and some say it goes away, others say after a year it's still messed up. I've used Nolva before and never had any issues at all, so I was shocked - maybe not a good idea to take with the telmisartan because a lot of the sides overlap.
The telmisartan is a blood pressure drug that I was reading about for its "metabolic healing" properties. Supposedly it can move fat away from your organs and into subcutaneous tissues and reverse some of the damage from being overweight. It looked interesting and was cheap enough that I just added it onto my T3 order. It seems, from what I'm seeing, that it doesn't directly cause eye issues, but if you have certain eye diseases that are dormant, it can trigger them. I may be wrong....only researched it a little bit. Either way, if I get a clean bill of health tomorrow I will probably stop the telmisartan and restart the nolvadex. Having the new contacts in has made my vision much better, but it will be good to be sure anyway.

Took my IDL fat burner, DCP, Brite, Sup3r-PCT, and 2 Ignit3 Caps this morning along with 25 mcg T3 and 1 pump of Exotherm. Not at all tired even thought I slept like crap last night. Woke up around 2-3 with a hurting stomach from the DCP. I can't seem to get over the stomach cramps with the DCP. Made sure I took a bunch of water with my DCP this morning and I've been fine even though I haven't had anything to eat yet.
The IDL product and the Ignit3 combination may actually just be at the edge of where I want to be. I feel some stimulation sides, but not bad. I'm awake, alert, ready to get stuff done which is great. The IDL product has such a smooth stim effect it's barely noticeable that it's there, but again, it lasts forever during the day and it also has a stress lowering effect that I think is strange for a stimulant. Most stimulants can trigger anxiety, etc. - but this seems to actually make me calmer, more tolerant, and more able to handle stress.
Sounds like the IDL stuff is working great. What would be your favorite stimulant?
Not really sure. I don't like feeling over stimulated but like being "ready to go" and motivated. Ephedrine, Caffeine, DMAA were all my favorites because of this...but this DMHA may actually be the new #1.
DMAA is more like the punch in the face version of DMHA. If I wanted something for a pre-workout where I needed a quick, short lived energy boost, DMAA, Caffeine, Ephedrine are still #1. I crash that bad on DMAA, but it hits harder and is over sooner.
DMHA for a morning get me going and keep me going through the day use is better than Ephedrine, DMAA, caffeine, etc. Seriously, I took my dose this morning at 8 with 2 Ignit3 pills and I am still feeling just a hair over stimulated. I could normally pop 5 ignite and feel nothing. So I guess maybe it potentiates other stims too?
Two of these fat burner pills is just too much for me at one time, but I'm trying to find a mix that hits just a tiny bit harder by combining with some of the stims that normally have hardly any effect. I thought J Regia for sure would be weak enough that it went great, but maybe just 1 Ignit3 would be better.
This stuff, to me, seems like a different tool than some other stims. I wonder if it would be really good in a pre-workout . I am not sure. I think DMAA is still better for Pre, but I could he wrong.
DMHA sounds really promising, question is : How long does it take to build tolerance?

I bet you are loosing fat evenly, that's why you can't see a difference.
Worst thing for me was, when I finally got rid of a lot of fat, it wasn't in the "right" places.
Lost at my arms, legs and back but it held on to my chest, hips and belly.
It took me more then a year to get in decent shape, still not where I want to be.

Thanks guys. 179 is a light weight, but after a cheat it is an increase! I hit 176.5 yesterday morning! I am starting to feel hungrier and depleted. Going to be hard to get to 160, but I will. I think I will adjust and feel much better in the end .
bighulksmash - I am just a short guy with just slightly above average strength. You are a hulk. You and just about everyone else on this board makes me feel like I don't even lift. I need to lose this fat so I can focus on putting on some strength/muscle .
It's a big step that you're making in the right direction and that's what counts here there's countless people who do things the other way around try to get big first and then lose the weight doesn't work that way. My opinion dropping down to the weight you want to be at and then putting on muscle is a great idea.

That should have me caught up.
The DCP is causing me far fewer stomach issues and less pain the past two days. Almost no pain. The IDL fat burner is giving me energy throughout the day and I don't seem to have my normal afternoon crash. I think I am used to it, but I just feel awake all day when I take one in the morning. It isn't a crazy hardcore stimulant that has me climbing the walls...but it lasts all day and feels good.
Cutting to 10 mg nolva tomorrow and running low on T3.

It does seem like everytime I have a drop in my waist measurement, my bodyfat on the scale ticks up a percent....it's strange, haha.
We saw a lot of weird fluctuations before, it's part of the process.
So, I am very happy with today. Woke up a little late, ran some errands, stopped by my parents house to take care of their dog while they were away. Then I took apart my dad's lawn mower while I was there because he said it wasn't working ...cleaned out the carburetor, adjusted the governor, etc. And got the thing running like a charm.
Then I came home to work on my lawn mower and went to pull the starter chord (which I just replaced a couple weeks ago) and it snapped! So I went and got a new chord, fixed it up, took everything apart and got it running but it needs some adjustment still...gonna go back and work on it more this week. Then I jacked up my gf's car and replaced both front wheel speed sensors and that fixed her ABS light and traction control so she can get a new inspection sticker. Then we went to clean an office building that we clean on the weekends. And then I went to workout.
