Fat loss insan1ty with Sup3r-11 and Ignit3

Heal up HIT4ME and good progression!

Thanks bighulksmash! My pulled muscle was just that...it was fine all day yesterday. But my stomach was killing me in the afternoon so I wasn't about to have my head in the game to push a workout. Better to wait until tonight and give it 100%

Definitely a great choice . I also find that taking time off stims when injured helps lol . I know thats common sense . I used to take a pwo every day sometimes 2x even on off days !

Enjoy your rest make a plan of attack and EXECUTE .

Looking good, bro!

You wait until Sundays photos....and then I bet the Sunday photos two weeks after that. I bet I will have some abs showing by then.

Thinking of dropping the nolva from my PCT after just 1 week. It is giving me some crazy painful stomach upset I think, and I'm not sure, but I may be having some vision issues. At the beginning of my PCT, I had some contact issues and I put new contacts in. The next day, the vision in my right eye was all blurry, so I took the contact out and cleaned it overnight and then put it back in and things seemed better. It is weird, like reading things just become fuzzy looking. I've always had bad eye sight so it may just be nothing....but I'm wondering if it would be wiser to just drop it. Any suggestions? I may look into Torem or something else...

Morning weigh in:
Bodyweight: 178
Tanita Bodyfat %: 23%
Waist: 39"

I've stopped the nolva due to vision problems. I feel good so I'm not sure if it is necessary to add anything back in. I have started taking NAC also. Hope the vision issues clear up. It seems rare that I would have these issues after such a short time. Wondering if I just need to get a new contact prescription.

The first week I screwed up my math and was taking 40 mg/day nolva, but even at that most people with eye issues have been on the stuff for a month or longer.

So, I'm not really sure how big of an idiot I may be, but I stopped taking the Nolva yesterday and last night my vision seemed a bit better and then today it seemed much worse. Everything was so blurry, I couldn't read street signs, etc. - and then I realized that I have been taking Telmisartan too and it was just kind of an extra pill I put in with everything and forgot to even mention. Started taking all of this during PCT. Well, I looked it up and Telmisartan can cause vision issues too. So now I have Nolva, Telmisartan and blurry vision and I'm thinking, "Oh, crap. I dun screwed up."

So I called and made an eye appointment and the doctor can get me in tomorrow so that is good. It was just the receptionist so I didn't get into all the details, just setup the appointment. Then, after I setup the appointment I decided....well, at the very least I will probably have new contacts after tomorrow so I may as well try another new pair....so I got a new pair, put it in, and things are MUCH better now. I'm wondering if maybe I got a contact screwed up in one of my eyes and it was just that. Who knows. Now I feel like an idiot.

It looks like telmisartan can also cause stomach upset....so I may discontinue it altogether. I don't need BP control really and I'd rather get back on the Nolva if everything checks out fine and make sure my HPTA is in good shape.

That's good news if it goes away. I've seen some people say they get blurry vision on both Nolva and Clomid and some say it goes away, others say after a year it's still messed up. I've used Nolva before and never had any issues at all, so I was shocked - maybe not a good idea to take with the telmisartan because a lot of the sides overlap.

The telmisartan is a blood pressure drug that I was reading about for its "metabolic healing" properties. Supposedly it can move fat away from your organs and into subcutaneous tissues and reverse some of the damage from being overweight. It looked interesting and was cheap enough that I just added it onto my T3 order. It seems, from what I'm seeing, that it doesn't directly cause eye issues, but if you have certain eye diseases that are dormant, it can trigger them. I may be wrong....only researched it a little bit. Either way, if I get a clean bill of health tomorrow I will probably stop the telmisartan and restart the nolvadex. Having the new contacts in has made my vision much better, but it will be good to be sure anyway.

Grape seed extract in high doses is supposed to help the arteries. Not sure how true that is .

Well, I was an idiot for the first week - meant to take 30 mg/day and I wound up taking 40 mg/day, which I believe is a strong dose. I dropped it to 20 on Sunday when I realized and was going to do that for a week, but I took my first 10 mg dose yesterday morning and had crazy cramps and the bad vision and figured it was best to stop. If it was just my contacts, I will hop back on at 20 mg/day for a week and then 10 mg/day for 2 weeks.

Late update but this morning's weigh I :

Bodyweight: 177.5
Tanita Bodyfat % : 25%
Waist: 38.75"

I think we can all see why you can't trust the bodyfat scale 100% haha.

Going to get my eyes checked, but my vision seems to be much clearer today. Either it was just bad contacts, or it was the Telmisartan. I will get back on the Nolva if all checks out.

Eye doctor checked things out and said everything is fine, gave me a new prescription. I will be back on the Nolva to complete the PCT.

I have been using the free samples of IDL's fat burner that they sent and the energy is definitely smooth, subtle, long lasting. I swear it lasts a solid 8-10 hours. It isn't hard hitting in the beginning...no shakes. You don't even feel stim'd out on it. I took it with some Ignit3 this morning and felt great all day. Wide awake and alert, no shakes.

Had a back workout tonight. I was actually feeling a bit tired and consider e red taking a second IDL pill, but it was around 6 and I didn't want to be up all night haha.

Back workout:

Deadliest
1 x 8 x 225 warm up
Drop Set
1 x 405 (felt like I could do 2 and tried but got nowhere.)
2 x 375
5 x 345
5 x 315

I was gasping for air after this and dying for about 10 minutes.

Pull Ups:
1 x 8 x BW
1 x 4 x BW

Bent Over Rows
1 x 3 x 175

At this point, I would have normally done pull downs but I was toast and a little dizzy even. I decided to call it and went home.

Today I have eaten 1 package of beef jerky (110 calls, 14 g pro), 1 scoop Isomorph, and a cheese stick before my workout (300 calls and 48 g protein before workout).

After the workout I had a scoop of Select and I just had a piece of salmon for dinner (300 calls, 34 g. Pro). Total for the day: 720 calls, 106 g protein ).

I may have another scoop select and or a cheese stick later to bring me up to about 900 calls.

Today's Weigh In:

Bodyweight: 176.5 pounds
Tanita Bodyfat %: 23%
Waist: 38.75"

Took my IDL fat burner, DCP, Brite, Sup3r-PCT, and 2 Ignit3 Caps this morning along with 25 mcg T3 and 1 pump of Exotherm. Not at all tired even thought I slept like crap last night. Woke up around 2-3 with a hurting stomach from the DCP. I can't seem to get over the stomach cramps with the DCP. Made sure I took a bunch of water with my DCP this morning and I've been fine even though I haven't had anything to eat yet.

The IDL product and the Ignit3 combination may actually just be at the edge of where I want to be. I feel some stimulation sides, but not bad. I'm awake, alert, ready to get stuff done which is great. The IDL product has such a smooth stim effect it's barely noticeable that it's there, but again, it lasts forever during the day and it also has a stress lowering effect that I think is strange for a stimulant. Most stimulants can trigger anxiety, etc. - but this seems to actually make me calmer, more tolerant, and more able to handle stress.

Sounds like the IDL stuff is working great. What would be your favorite stimulant?

Not really sure. I don't like feeling over stimulated but like being "ready to go" and motivated. Ephedrine, Caffeine, DMAA were all my favorites because of this...but this DMHA may actually be the new #1.

DMAA is more like the punch in the face version of DMHA. If I wanted something for a pre-workout where I needed a quick, short lived energy boost, DMAA, Caffeine, Ephedrine are still #1. I crash that bad on DMAA, but it hits harder and is over sooner.

DMHA for a morning get me going and keep me going through the day use is better than Ephedrine, DMAA, caffeine, etc. Seriously, I took my dose this morning at 8 with 2 Ignit3 pills and I am still feeling just a hair over stimulated. I could normally pop 5 ignite and feel nothing. So I guess maybe it potentiates other stims too?

Two of these fat burner pills is just too much for me at one time, but I'm trying to find a mix that hits just a tiny bit harder by combining with some of the stims that normally have hardly any effect. I thought J Regia for sure would be weak enough that it went great, but maybe just 1 Ignit3 would be better.

This stuff, to me, seems like a different tool than some other stims. I wonder if it would be really good in a pre-workout . I am not sure. I think DMAA is still better for Pre, but I could he wrong.

DMHA sounds really promising, question is : How long does it take to build tolerance?

I've been wondering this too - no tolerance yet, been about a week. I almost think I've become LESS tolerant to it.

A couple of days early, but here are some progress pics:

I remember these quotes back in May from HGP. "Can't see a difference" - that stuck with me :) Thanks for that.

Subbed! Wanna see progress -or money back!

Just keep fighting!
I bet you are loosing fat evenly, that's why you can't see a difference.
Worst thing for me was, when I finally got rid of a lot of fat, it wasn't in the "right" places.
Lost at my arms, legs and back but it held on to my chest, hips and belly.
It took me more then a year to get in decent shape, still not where I want to be.
For comparison, take a look at my log, if you want.

HIT, the darndest thing...they all up and quit and took up jobs as pharma sales reps!

:D

LMAO, you been paying attention to other threads? They can sell me drugs....anytime.

I kept tipping the box upside down and everything...even went back and double checked just now in case I left it in there. Would suck if I missed it :)

Nice work HIT4ME!

Thank you sir! I am feeling pretty proud if those photos. I really appreciate the support I have received from everyone here. It has carried me further than I would have ever gone on my own. When I am thinking about how much I don't feel like working out one night, I think of the guys who have been watching this and it gets me to through. Even tonight, I really feel like pizza and after a long day working on fixing cars, etc. I almost gave in. But I had a cheat meal last night and you guys keeping me honest. I feel like I can finally see that I may actually get to where I want! And even where I am now it would be easy to just be happy and content and give in and never actually achieve my goal. I would just know I was close and never made it. Sometimes I guess it is easier to let yourself down than to let others down, and I appreciate that I have other people on here pulling for me. Actually, it took me a while to realize how many people were watching, haha.

Lyle MacDonald has a great site and a couple weeks ago when I was stalling in the 180's, I went to read his site and came across some great stuff, but what stuck with me is that a huge percentage of people who try to lose 75+ pounds NEVER reach their goal. They get half way and then they wind up stopping and they are diaappointed. Like losing 37+ pounds is something anyone should be disappointed about. But they get half way and then they hit bumps, and it gets harder, and the tolls mount, and the comfort of giving in takes over.

Well, failure isn't a real option for me thanks to you guys. I may hit bumps, fall off the diet, screw up, not see the progress I expected - but I will just keep going. Because it is one thing to know one day I could finally see my abs - but who really cares? You guys do, and I appreciate that. And I hope someday someone can read this log if they are having issues and fund just something that helps - even if it is just something that tells them to Just.Keep.Going.

Had Chinese for a cheat last night. Today's weigh in as a result:

Bodyweight: 179
Tanita Bodyfat %: 24%
Waist: 38.75"

Don't know how my waist didn't go up, but I will take it.

Today I had some beef jerky and a muscle milk pro drink for 62 grams protein and 330 calories. This afternoon I had 2 cheese sticks for 120 calories and 12 grams protein. Tonight I will have Salmon and broccoli for dinner...another 420 calories, about 38 grams protein .

Thanks again to EVERYONE who has offered advice, supported me, put up with my stubbornness and just kept me going. 20 more pounds!

HIT4ME your killin me bro iam at 207 and never feels like im moving lower ! Great progess

Thanks guys. 179 is a light weight, but after a cheat it is an increase! I hit 176.5 yesterday morning! I am starting to feel hungrier and depleted. Going to be hard to get to 160, but I will. I think I will adjust and feel much better in the end .
bighulksmash - I am just a short guy with just slightly above average strength. You are a hulk. You and just about everyone else on this board makes me feel like I don't even lift. I need to lose this fat so I can focus on putting on some strength/muscle .

It's a big step that you're making in the right direction and that's what counts here there's countless people who do things the other way around try to get big first and then lose the weight doesn't work that way. My opinion dropping down to the weight you want to be at and then putting on muscle is a great idea.

I think it depends on what your bigger issues are. For instance, when I was 290 I started lifting to get stronger, but putting on muscle wasn't going to really move me in any direction ...It is more important I get lean before I have a heart attack. For others who are extremely, naturally thin, it makes a he k of a lot more sense to build the muscle.

And for most people, it is a mix of those two extremes.

Great work bud. It's about to get tough. Hang in there.

Thank you sir! I think you are right. I've had some days where the cravings are coming on much stronger now. Today wasn't so bad though. Yesterday was a craving day and I broke and had two handfuls of peanut butter oats that my gfs bought. Shouldn't have done it, but I did.

This morning I was 178.5, 24% body fat. Forgot to measure my waist.

Last night I did a simple workout. Superset of military presses and triceps rope press downs. 7 sets to failure each. First set was a drop set like normal.

Tonight was legs. Wasn't quite as strong a workout as last week, but it was OK. I forgot my log. I will try to update both workouts when I can grab the log tomorrow.

Sorry for the brief update. Been kind of busy and run down.

Starting to just barely notice the alpha feeling coming on from the Nolvadex and Sup3r PCT. Also, I took my temp yesterday afternoon and it was 98.4 and I took it this afternoon and it was 98.8. This is notable since I am almost ALWAYS below 98 degrees - typically anywhere from 96.4-97.8. I rarely ever hit 98. The T3/reverse T3 theory may be playing out here and my rt3 is dropping and my temp is coming up. Add to this the fact that I am using DCP which a lot of people say greatly increases body temp and IDL's fat burner.... it's a winning combo. I was shocked to see my temp actually OVER normal. Psyched.

Ok, time for some over due updates. So, Sunday was shoulders and triceps and like I said I just did a super set military press/triceps press down routine. It seems nothing I ever do makes my shoulders sore, so I kept going but it still didn't make me sore at all.

Military Press
1 x 8 x 75 warm up
Drop Set
4 x 125
1 x 110
2 x 95

1 x 7 x 95

1 x 2 x 30
1 x 4 x 25
1 x 2 x 25
1 x 2 x 25
1 x 2 x 25

Everything was super sets - so warm ups of militaries then warm up of press downs. Drop Set militaries and then drop set rope press downs. Then just straight sets each time.

Last night was Legs:

Today's diet has been 1 beef jerky stick (130 calls, 22 g pro), a muscle milk pro (200/40), a post workout scoop of Select (120/24), 5 oz chicken (200/40), a bag of broccoli (120 calls) = 770 calls and 126 g protein .

Today's morning weigh in:
Bodyweight: 177.5
Tabitha Body fat % : 23%
Waist: 38.75

That should have me caught up.

The DCP is causing me far fewer stomach issues and less pain the past two days. Almost no pain. The IDL fat burner is giving me energy throughout the day and I don't seem to have my normal afternoon crash. I think I am used to it, but I just feel awake all day when I take one in the morning. It isn't a crazy hardcore stimulant that has me climbing the walls...but it lasts all day and feels good.

Cutting to 10 mg nolva tomorrow and running low on T3.

We saw a lot of weird fluctuations before, it's part of the process.

Yup, and I blew up the process last night. I had to go to a birthday party and decided to just go off on the diet. I had some pizza, a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a piece of cake...a big piece.

So, the thing is, even 3 months ago I could have done this and been 100% fine and actually gone for more. I honestly didn't really want to eat the cake (so I don't know why I did) - but I did anyway because, it was a birthday. A couple of hours later, it hit me how full I was. I could barely move. This NEVER happens to me really. I've eaten way more than that and been fine after. Like I said, a couple months ago I could have done that and then had candies and chips, etc. and been totally fine. This was so bad that an hour after I fell asleep I woke up because my stomach was so full and I wanted to puke. I fell back asleep and kept waking up about once every hour because of the fullness. I woke up this morning still full and feel it even now. Hopefully, this will help my brain make a stronger negative association with over eating, but honestly, I've NEVER experienced this before. Not that I can remember.

I've actually had cheat meals before (not on this diet round, but last year) that consisted of an entire small pizza, a cheeseburger, fries, cheesecake, etc. and been 100% fine and had to tell myself to stop eating. This was probably the equivalent of a half of a small pizza and the rest of the stuff and I'm sick beyond belief. haha.

The morning weigh in shows it, but I'm sure it will come off again, time to get back at it:

Bodyweight: 180.5 pounds
Bodyfat %: 24%
Waist: 38.5" (no increase??? happy about that - but I am still storing the calories probably, haha).

Anyway, no excuse not to hit it hard in my back workout tonight.

Sorry for the late update guys. Today's weigh in was:

Bodyweight: 177.5
Tanita Bodyfat%: 23%
Waist : 38.5"

I did a back workout last night:

Deadlift:
1 x 8 x 225 warm up
Drop Set
2 x 405 (up 1 rep!!!)
3 x 375
3 x 345
3 x 315

Pull Ups
1 x 9 x BW
1 x 4 x BW

Bent Over Rows
1 x 3 x 175
1 x 3 x 175
1 x 2 x 175

Under Handed Pull Downs:
Drop Set
6 x 135
1 x 120
1 x 105

And tonight I did Shoulders and Triceps. I repeated the workout from last weak. For some reason these two muscles never get sore or grow for me so I am deviating from the norm. I superset Military Presses with Triceps Rope Press Downs. The first set of both exercises is a drop set. The sets after that are just straight sets.

Military Presses
1 x 8 x 75 warm up
Drop Set
3 x 125
2 x 110
2 x 95

1 x 6 x 105
1 x 5 x 105
1 x 4 x 105
1 x 4 x 105
1 x 4 x 105
1 x 3 x 105
1 x 2 x 105

Triceps Rope Press downs:
1 x 8 x 15
Drop Set
2 x 45
1 x 40
1 x 35
1 x 30

1 x 5 x 25
1 x 5 x 25
1 x 4 x 25
1 x 3 x 25
1 x 3 x 25
1 x 3 x 25
1 x 3 x 25

We will see if this works...time will tell.

Oh, and diet.. Today I had 1.5 oz. Of Turkey jerky around 1 PM for 105 calories and 18 g protein.

Around 430 I had a scoop of Select Protein, and I worked out about about an hour later and had another scoop of Select post workout.

For dinner my gf wanted hot dogs and I was out of chicken but we had some 97% fat free hot dogs that were 45 calls each with 6 g of protein, so I had 4 just straight. Total for the day is about 515 cals. I will have a little more beef jerky and a cheese stick for another 170 cals later.

Today's weigh in:

Bodyweight: 178.5 pounds
Tanita Bodyfat %: 23%
Waist: 38.25"

Don't ask me how weight went up? haha. It's so funny how there is never a day when all 3 measurements go down. I know that weight has to be water weight because I didn't even hit my normal 800 calories yesterday.

My supplement routine has been as follows:

Morning around 7-8 AM: 2 DCP, 5 Sup3r-PCT, 25 mcg T3, 1 IDL Stimulant Fat Burner, 2 pumps Brite, 1 pump Exotherm.

Around 1-2 PM: 2 DCP, 2 pumps brite, 1 pump exotherm. I normally have my first meal around this time and take 3 Orange Triad with this.

Around 4 PM: 10 mg Nolvadex

Around 8 PM: 2 DCP, 2 pumps brite, 1 pump exotherm, 3 more orange triad.

Around 10: 5 more Sup3r-PCT (I figured the mucuna and other ingredients are good pre-bed)

The capsaicin in the DCP has been really tearing up my stomach though. I keep having streaks of good days where it doesn't hurt at all, and then it comes back and I am in pain almost all day. I couldn't figure it out, but I think I may have figured out something that helps. Most days, the pain is the worst in the morning, after the dose I take on an empty stomach. If I get through the morning with no pain, the afternoon and night dose almost never cause an issue. But if I have pain in the morning, sometimes the afternoon dose re-activates the pain, but not always.

I've recently switched from taking the Orange Triad at 3 pills twice per day and gone to 2 pills, 3X per day. I take 2 with each dose of DCP instead of 3 with the last two doses of DCP and none with the first DCP dose. Third day now, and no pain at all. I am thinking the bromelain in the OT is maybe the answer to this problem.

The IDL fat burner is really nice. It does help my appetite a lot, which is hard to do, and the energy is very smooth and 1 pill really does last me all day. I don't have the normal afternoon crash either. I've done 2 pills but unless I'm having a really bad day where I need extra energy in the afternoon, 1 pill is enough throughout the day and I'm pretty stim tolerant. It feels really good. I highly recommend this product for a stim based burner. Good appetite suppression, long lasting, no-jitter energy. Can't ask for anything more.

Today's morning weigh in:

Bodyweight: 178.5 pounds
Bodyfat %: 23%
Waist: 38.75"

Yesterday I had 2 oz. of Turkey Jerky and a scoop of Select during the day (260 cals, 48 grams protein).

For dinner I had the remainder of the "almost" fat free hot dogs (135 calories, 18 grams protein)

After dinner I mixed a scoop of select with 2 tablespoons of PB powder and some ice/water and made a peanut butter slush/almost ice cream type thing and ate it with a spoon, which was filling and cooling. Another 200 calories/34 grams protein.

And then I was still a little hungry and my gf was eating pretzel crackers and I slipped and had about 2 handfuls - probably about 200 calories worth I'd bet. Total for the day was 795 calories and about 105 grams protein. Not the best day. Still, should have lost considerable weight. I'm thinking the hot dogs and beef jerky are just high in salt and I'm probably holding a bunch of water. My upper abs are starting to show through though - if I flex I can see them. They still have fat over them, that's for sure, but this is about as lean as I can ever remember being in my life. It actually feels a little funny when my gf hugs me or I'm carrying something and I can feel my ribs/abs being pressed against and not a my ginormous belly.

Took the OT/DCP this morning and it seems to be holding steady with no pain. I do get some very minor twinges, but they pass quickly and aren't bad, just a slight pain. Before, I was taking the DCP and it may be 3-4+ hours after that I had intense stomach issues. Now, I take it and maybe 15 minutes or 20 minutes later I have a slight pain and it goes and then I'm fine. My theory, as it is evolving, is that the bromelain, which aids in digestion I believe, is helping to break down the pill, which means it is digested in my stomach. Before, since it would take 3-4 hours to start hurting, I figured it wasn't my stomach that was hurting, but my intestines that couldn't handle the capsaicin. Since the bromelain (if that is the ingredient that is helping) would digest the caps. faster, they are digested in my stomach where I don't have real issues and I don't get as much dumped further down the line and thus no pain - but I do get a little more in my stomach right away which is why the slight pain early on. Just a theory though..

So, I am very happy with today. Woke up a little late, ran some errands, stopped by my parents house to take care of their dog while they were away. Then I took apart my dad's lawn mower while I was there because he said it wasn't working ...cleaned out the carburetor, adjusted the governor, etc. And got the thing running like a charm.

Then I came home to work on my lawn mower and went to pull the starter chord (which I just replaced a couple weeks ago) and it snapped! So I went and got a new chord, fixed it up, took everything apart and got it running but it needs some adjustment still...gonna go back and work on it more this week. Then I jacked up my gf's car and replaced both front wheel speed sensors and that fixed her ABS light and traction control so she can get a new inspection sticker. Then we went to clean an office building that we clean on the weekends. And then I went to workout.

All the time in the sun, in 90+ degree weather, with my shirt off at times because of the heat, left me a little sunburned and exhausted. But I went to do legs anyway and I think all the Vitamin D has me feeling great.

Legs:

Squats:
1 x 8 x 185 warm up
1 x 2 x 275
Drop Set
2 x 275
3 x 245
4 x 225

Leg Extensions
1 x 7 x 180

Leg Presses:
1 x 7 x 590
1 x 4 x 590

Straight Legged Deadlifts:
1 x 6 x 265

All in all it was a slight improvement over last week. Not bad considering the work I did today and I didn't realize I was sunburned until my last set of squats, haha. It suddenly started burning. Oh well.

Diet today was 2 oz. Beef jerky (160 cals, 28 g protein), 1 scoop of Select in water and then another scoop of Select post workout. I also had a cheese stick. For dinner I had 8 oz. Flounder (180 cals/36 g pro) and a bag of broccoli. Total for the day: 750 cals/120g protein

Today's weigh in:

Bodyweight: 177 pounds
Tanita Bodyfat %: 23%
Waist: 38.5" ...maybe a bit less, not ready to say 38.25

I really do feel like the weight has stalled again but I'm continuing to lose fat. My upper abs, in the right light and flexed, are visible through the fat. First time I can ever remember that in my entire life to be honest. Still have this spare tire though...lower abs, sides and lower back.

Wow, you are very handy! Just thinking about changing a tire gets me an panic attack, lol. I know about the ridiculous fees mechanics charge in your country, you saved at least 300 bucks changing the sensors, right?
