I do some fasted training (although its not really fasted I don't eat before but still have CHO and BCAA/EAA peri-workout) out of convenience at times. The macro breakdown of your fast breaking meal, during the day, and training are going to depend on goals, training level, and other various factors. If it makes things more convenient give it a shot, but don't force yourself into fasting expecting magic.
