man... exercise should boost your metabolism. what i'm wondering is what killed your diet. not exercising would slow it down a bit, but not stop it that drastically. what usually kills my appetite is: stress, catching a cold, and used to be - smoking. so, whats changed in the last couple weeks in your life? if there's only one thing, thats probably the answer. i do this to my g/f a lot, since she's on some serious meds, and the doctor keeps switching things around, to find what is cheapest and works. thats how we narrow down side effects - figure out what changed over the last week.
