EXTREME Ecto... Help with Bulking/Training

man... exercise should boost your metabolism. what i'm wondering is what killed your diet. not exercising would slow it down a bit, but not stop it that drastically. what usually kills my appetite is: stress, catching a cold, and used to be - smoking. so, whats changed in the last couple weeks in your life? if there's only one thing, thats probably the answer. i do this to my g/f a lot, since she's on some serious meds, and the doctor keeps switching things around, to find what is cheapest and works. thats how we narrow down side effects - figure out what changed over the last week.
 
3-4k calories for an ecto isnt much. Try going 5k and above..thats when I really started to notice some positives. I started at 6'7" 158lbs and am around 220ish now. Gotta eat big to be big.

I did 5k and 300-400g protein and it worked well for me but you also need to know what foods work good for your body like I respond to Potatoes and Beef (steaks,meatloaf)
from 5'11 151 to 198 now 188

Nope nothign has changed at all... If anything everything has been getting better.. (Winning my SS case finally after 5yrs)... Only thing thats changed is Mom just got back from her work trip? But thats nothing of concern either.

A week ago i was eatting great and then its not there now? I woke up this morn. had a "bit" of hunger and ate the last 2 french toast real quick with a shake, creatine, glut, EVOO, and PB with multi, green multi, and 200mcg B12?

Ive been going over in my head everything and nothing has changed, nothing has gotten worse, health is still 100% and actually have another treatment coming up the 13th of Aug!

Ever since i went out to All you can eat that nite thur or fri? i has no appitite? Woke up that next morn and nothing? I thought at first my body was just kinda overloaded from the day befor??????

Thats very true! My body like Steak and Chicken best for protein. So i eat alot of it, but expensive!!!! Errrr

Would you mind posting your 5k Deit for me?? Or PM me with it? Im at wits end right now tryin to get over 4k
 
yep... go back to the gym and ramp it up. its weird that you would shut down that quick, but if nothing else has changed, hit the weights make it happen.

LOL.... i can only eat so much befor i throw up! DOH!!!! Total Cals are lacking the last 2days but protein has still been 250-300!!!


SC- Ya i dont know whats going on... Called my Dr.(Crohns Dr) and he didnt have a clue either, tho said he was goin to call a freind of his and would get back to me?

Started DC style training today tho and boi im tired! Can anyone tell me how long is about average on day 1,2, and 3? If not ill search it....

Ive got about 2000cals in me right now from food/shakes and its 130pm! Im not eattin now till 330 cause i feel like im goin to throw up! Errrrr But i just been force feeding myself! At 330 ill eat a 6-9oz steak with 1/4 oats!

Also been getting water logged bad? Only getting down 1gal a day now and when i burb, sometimes some comes up with acid? Goin to take a Prilosec OTC right now and see if that helps????

Ideas or suggestions guys??? Ok i gotta go get steaks out to DEthaw!
 
i would guess a stomach irritation / flu because:
hard to eat
hard to keep down water
stomach acid build up

again, i'm not a doctor. prilosec OTC should help with that. when my g/f had this problem, it came with migranes. thats all i can say.

Must be Stomach irritation or somthing cause i dont have any flu symps. but who knows now? I did take the Prilosec OTC and did help, no more Acid build up, but still burping a bit, and dont feel the "throwing up" effect anymore?

Got some steaks in some marinaide with EVOO and they will go on the BBQer in 30min ;)

Im goin to do some research and see what i can figure out on this! Its frackin irritating!!!!

Side note, my chest looks/feels bigger/heavyer! So i guess thats a good thing??? ROFL....

I fig ill start a log next week if i get eveything straightend out with this ish! But n00b ?, which section should it be in here at AM?

if you scroll back to anabolicminds.com/forum there's an area under training that says "workout log". lots of guys post there, its good times - helps you throw ideas around. also there are some DC'ers on this forum that could probably answer any questions you may have about training.

Thanks Bro ill look it up in a bit and check it! Steaks are on the BBQer along with Red Taters with a lil Garlic Butter in the Tin foil and some a dash of lemon pepper! (Decided Red Taters cause im tired of Oats right now lol)
