So, sure a good amount of yours guys out there use BCAAs right?
Well how about some BCAAs that are in pill format that are extended release & extremely portable, ever seen anything like that in the industry?

I live in the US and I'm 31 years old.

I lift 4 days per week and do cardio on 2 off days. I'm currently running a calorie deficit to reduce body fat. I need all of the muscle retention I can get.

I've been stuck around 15% be for a while now and my goal is to hit 12%. I've never really been a fan of drinking bcaa's intra workout because I like just chugging the crap out of water when I'm training. Being able to take an extended release bcaa pre workout would be optimal for me.

This looks like a good opportunity. I meet your qualifications and can log as often as needed. I will be starting GVT on Monday. I was using Mike O'Hearn's Power Bodybuilding program. It was suggested I change up my program. So I am. I did log some of that training. I will use the BCAA XR product to help aid in muscle recovery. It seems like it would help greatly with the GVT program. I am usually sore from lifting. I'm a Pastor, who also teaches in a school. I teach boy's gym and coach boy's basketball. Maybe, this will help me keep up with these youngsters after some stressful training. Sorry, not much creativity to this app. Thanks for the opportunity:)

Well, I do fasted HIIT on a treadmill 1-2 days/week. Generally I'll down 3/4 scoop of Xtend before I hit my 25-30 min session (so i would take the BCAA from Purus instead prior to cardio on these mornings).
I lift after work 4 days/week.
I start off with a compound movement, generally either squats, deads,
Or push/pull. Then I transition into circuit type training. I generally sip Xtend/Purple Wraath/ or Compete intra workout. (Would use Purus BCAA's prior to lift sesh).
I also play basketball 2 nights/week. (Would take Purus BCAA's prior instead of my normal powder of choice).

Ive found myself to be very responsive to branch chain amino acids the last one i took was from cellucor and it worked wonders for me in terms of recovery, would love to give your a product a try and see if it can compete (or beat!) cellucors BCAA's

You can take between 1-3 servings a day & it 3 caps each serving.

Stats: 5'11 at around 225 lbs
Training style: 5-6 days per week of lifting w/3-4 cardio sessions thrown in

I honestly don't really use BCAA products so would be interested to see how these help my training. I would probably do 3 caps pre/3 caps post so would be a 25 day run about. I can keep the log updated as you want, also before and after pics too if needed along with a solid review.
 
Don't know if this is still going but I love all that is purus! Age: 20 Stats: 5'7 190 Training: lifting 5/6 days a week and cardio three days in the mornings I would take 2 servings a day. On days with cardio one before cardio and one before weights, on non cardio days one upon waking and one before the lift. I'd stick at two servings a day. As of right now I have condense and noxygen so I could log them all together or just the bcaas. Could easily update 3+ times a week with pictures/stats/updates Thanks yall!

I would be up for giving this a test drive, I take BCAA in the morning before my fasted workouts and an the evening before bed. I would also like to take them before my 5pm cardio but I don't feel like drinking a large amount of liquid. These would be perfect for that time of day. I would be willing to use them at all 3 times of the day or just before PM cardio the choice would be yours. Logging would not be a problem and I like doing it. Thank you for the opportunity !

31 years ago I was 25 years old weighed 235lbs and was 5’6” tall I smoked did not work out and was Fat! My wife was pregnant with our daughter and I decided I need to make a change in my life. Over the next 9 months I lost 85lbs quit smoking and started lifting, doing cardio and eating clean. It was a complete life style change that I still follow today.

I am a male 56 years old, weight 183lbs at 5’5” tall. Have visible abs and am as lean as I have ever been. I Lift 6 days a week in the morning and do cardio 2-4 days a week in the evening. At a gym 1/4 mile from my job.
 
Seem some good apps in here, doing a final call... Picking winners in the next day or 2.

In on this. Wanna stack this with my current cycle and for PCT. Interested how these would work taken first thing in the morning or in between meals, pre-and post-workout as well.
