Exotherm

I've had good results with localized fat burning with Abliderate Advanced and Original Eviscerate. I also add Clenbuterol in the mix for better effects in mini-cycles. All the different Evomuse products can get confusing. Some are designed to work when reaching a certain body fat percentage. Dsade is the owner/creator and Midwestbeast is one of the reps.
 
I think im at 15% haven't checked recently. Its so tough but im feeling pretty dedicated and in this run. Ive used t3 and clen but wana try to do it without those. I may add evomuse in and get the ball rolling I want abs so so so bad!!!!! its been a long long time goal

I would probably say you are higher then 15% right now,, if you pictures are current. Probably closer to 20%.
If that is the case. you will want to run Abliderated Advanced or Absolutely Abliderated. As both of these will
help with Visceral fat that you usually carry when your BF is higher. I would save the Eviscerate series for
when you get 15% of lower and all you have is Subcutaneous fat to get rid of.

At your BF I would also look into Epitome. because I'm almost certain your Leptic levels are out of whack too.

yea I checked on one of those hand things it was like 16ish. But your probably right those are not very accurate. Thx appreciate all the help I can get its beyond appreciated wana get as low as I can and get abs im dying to and trying to do it without any aas im trying to go natural route if I can but its tough lol. But any suggestion Im game for. Thx abunchhhhh vujade

Took a rest day due to no sleep yesterday. Glad I did not only did I get rest but hit a new low on this cut. I take 3 pumps a day now though of exotherm and its obviously the sweet pot working very very well.
 
This stuff is a miracle in a bottle and I do believe its stronger than formeron and better with cutting. 3 pumps is drying me out nicely and if I keep this up abs will be showing in no time. If I could just get rid of the butt cheek at the bottom of my stomach id be so so so happy. But anyone looking to cut I HIGHLYYYYY suggest Exotherm and im not even a rep this stuff aint no joke and im picky about products. Only diet products I have ever liked is lipomorph and synthermo. But anything iron forged nutrition is solid.

I knew that it would be compared to Formeron which was amazing so I had to get it right. I think we hit the nail on the head with this one ;)

Weight is staying low this is a good sign its not going up. Felt good this morning did shoulders and today is high carb today so went to mcds and got my bacon egg cheese biscuit for my treat today.

Shoulders-
standing military- 2 warm up sets and 120 for 3 sets 0f 10
Arnold presses- dbs 40s for 3 sets of 10
side raises- 4 sets 25s for 10
cable front raises 3 sets of 35 for 10

Shoulder didn't hurt to bad at all hope things keep moving in this direction til surgery il be pumped. Also do I have to come of exotherm a week before surgery I know I have to come off preworkout and alphamine.

Love it weight is staying consistent not fluctuating a lot which is a good sign because il only go down in weight from here. This morning was feeling decent but halfway through workout shoulder was getting weak on me. So had to downgrade the weight but not focusing on weight just form and losing weight. Forgot to add all my shorts are crazy loose lately glad summer is almost over or id be buying all new shorts. Luckily have jeans that fit decent.

Loving this stuff looking better every day however still got the butt for stomach sucks! Thankfully ordered vasoburn should be receiving it today super amped to try it. Gonna be looking sweet before surgery sucks I have to have it things are finally heading in the right direction. Was getting pretty winded after squats today due to a lot of pre and alpha. As soon as I finished squats legs started feeling really good. New low on the cut Do I need to say more G E T E X O T H E R M if your reading thi get it now sto p contemplating its a no brainer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly you would be dumb not to. Get it from TGBSUPPLEMENTS though!

brundel thx man means a lot I enjoy doing a solid log helps people to really see if the product is working and what ll your doing to help aid. I think every log should be thourough or how else will anyone know how well the product works or if it doesn't. In this case obviously does!!!!!!!!!! But always wanted to log its something I enjoy running supps and doing it the right way. My boy from TGB suggested this and glad I am.

Felt good was looking leaner and things are getting tighter but gut is sti.there but I know patience . Yesterday went to a picnic and eat and drank was dumb but needed a day break. Thankfully today only up a 1lb it's water weight from alcohol.

Today looked same as yesterday imo but holding water weight from alcohol still usually takes 3 days for it to leave my system. Hoping tomorrow I look better and back down to 208. Felt pretty weak for squats today so went light feel like I pulled something in hamstring or groin.

I took off today was wiped from the weekend. It was much needed though and to my surprise down in weight lovinggg it. I have a little over 2 weeks left to really bust my butt however after this week may need to stop everything due to surgery coming up. Lovinggggggggggg exotherm 7lbs lost in 16 days think it speaks for itself I sound like a broken record but if u can be consistent with diet get yourself a bottle of this asap its a nno brainer.

brundel 200 before surgery gonna be tough I get cut open the 23rd and gotta come off everything probably by the 14th. Thx man really appreciate it I mean my diet is in check and only cheated one rtime which was Saturday. But I owe a good chunk to exotherm o lie its doing its job works hand in hand with good training and diet! If I wasn't getting cut open id already have another bottle coming o its way.
 
brundel when I get back from surgery what would u suggest for putting on muscle wana rtry to avoid aas but if it comes to it w=il do and epi or avar. But wouldn't mind trying a good natty product to build back muscle. But at same time wana continue the cut to get abs then build such a struggle

I would do Follidrone and Viron. Myostatin inhibitor and test booster. If you really had the cash to spend you could add Letrone. Itll increase test even more plus HGH and Igf-1 and ghrelin. The increased Ghrelin makes you REALLY hungry so great for adding muscle mass.
Id go this way before jumping on a PH/DS/AAS.

Didn't fully track didn't go crazy but ate 50 more carbs than usual. However still looked pretty decent this morning lower ab lines are slightly coming in more due to exotherm and vasoburn its a like an unstoppable tag team. Today was back day didn't go as hardcore as I wanted but still did a lot.

Thx brundel working my butt off but if I wasn't having surgery I could put so much more into this ughh. My goal is to keep doing logs though I wana rep so badly always wanted to. Enjoy running products and seeing how they work so I can suggest them at the gym and help others out.

Today felt like I had no motivation . Didn't feel any leaner still looking good but don't feel or notice it as much. However used one of those hand held bf % things I know there of a few percent imo. But was at 15.4% gonna check it again in am tomorrow. I know ive lost atleast 2-3 % already so was higher than I thought. I am sweating insanely bad today vasoburn has me feeling like a freaking furnace and its cold off outside!
Today was chest day so so weak in chest lately that's where I feel my shoulder hurt the most. Its crazy before wreck I was benching 300 np now I can barely do sets of 185 talk about humbling.

Today was no different felt washed out ate wings lastnight for steeler game fit my macros but can tell it washed me out majorly. Hoping this next week I get down to 206 gonna come off everything by mid week sine surgery is the 23rd.

Lowest I've been on this cut. Feeling really good today! Took today as a rest day may go in am to do legs. Really Wana speed this up and get to 205 by the week of my surgery . Thx everyone for support and follows helping me really go hard with this seriously appreciate it a ton hope I'm helping others and hope more are encouraged to try exotherm! It is truly a legit product no lie u should see how much it's brought my traps up its not even right !!!!
 
Gonna do a log of exotherm. As of today down to 211.8 started carb cycling last week has helped a lot. Once I add in exotherm with bombshell cant weight to see the fat melt off. Il try to post a beginning pic tonight and keep everyone posted on daily weight and fina result pics. Any questions or suggestions let me know. All Im taking is dyamatize protein and bombshell preworkout then adding exotherm. Ps if you haven't tried bombshell yet you need to get some asap from TGB the stuff is great for focus and energy keeps me rolling til lunch time and im up at 5am for the gym.

3rd day on Exotherm and it's kicking hard!! I like Letrone but this might be my favorite lol
 
Wait til like the 10th day on it really kicks in good then and make sure u are doing 3 pumps a day that is the sweet spot! Cjg Never used Letrone but exotherm is a true legit solid product and id back it all day long!

I suggest working on your legs. UNless your a freak of nature you can use bigger legs as a bodybuilder.
Legs and abs if you can do abs. And cardio.
So do Legs x3 a week with 4 days off weight training but do cardio on 1-2 of those days. SO 5 training days but 3 with weight.
Then do cardio on the stairs like Kai green does. Slow and steady on your toes. I started doing this and put an inch and a half on my calves in a year with no steroids.

Officially done today had to stop everything due to surgery in a week but feels good to jit a new low on the cut . Its weird lastnight I looked so so lean this morning not as much as I did lastnight but mirror might be playing tricks on me. Regardless im looking better and hit a new low on this cut. Gonna continue to work out and do what I can tile the 23rd il add one more pic on the 22nd it will be my final log pic of this log. Im hoping to start a new one after surgery im open to suggestion all il be able to do is cardio pretty much for awhile. Once again Im fully convinced on exotherm and so should everyone else willing to try it.
 
BEAST73 Thx bro appreciate it wihed I could of put more into it but was my best I could do with this shoulder. Wait til u see my trap pic they blew up like when I was on msten and dermatren and all im using is exotherm,alphamine vasoburn and protein.
