Aww crap!!! Why didn't you tell me bro? I'll get em reposted over here. Hard to keep all the Exo threads straight...not that that's a bad thing!
Hey bro I'm glad you made it through surgery alright! Just follow the doc and pt's orders. You'll come back stronger.Just wanted to update all u guys had surgery labrum was completely torn they fixed the severe arthritis and a pillow sling. I'm down atleast 12 weeks hoping to recover quicker but we will see. Fir now gonna lightly jog up and down my stairs to try to keep most weight off.
Thx Jebrook appreciate it yea not gonna try to push it at all gonna keep doing what doc says and keep active and do whatever I can to heal quicker thx a ton man
Don't mention it bro. Keep us updated. I have a shoulder issue I need to get checked out myself. I'm suspecting a possible labrum tear also or somethingGo to see Dr in a week but they Wana schedule pt asap which is huge cause I agree pt will increase recovery time! Defly drinking lots of water espy with pain meds. Thx a ton seriously so helpful bro Jebrook
Can't really tell if I've lost strength. Biggest issue is stability and some pain when I hit about 8 reps on a weight I could do for 15 easy normally.Defly keep me updated on that if u lost strength it's defly labrum.that blows no matter how hard u try to get strength back it's impossible. Hope it goes well for u and il for sure keep u guys updated on mine Jebrook
Well I went 3 months ago. Doc said I passed all the physical manipulation and strength tests perfectly. Said I had great should flexibility. Lol. He convinced me I probably just had severe bursitis. Took 8 weeks no pressing of any kind or squatting. Felt good so he cleared me to start up again. Went super light but it. Just came right back and the instability scares me. Probably going in a couple weeks.Yea still could be a partial tear to labrum which if it's a partial tear won't be as long as recovery. That sounds close to what I had but mine included 60% loss of strength. When u gonna get it checked out Jebrook
