Excellent Customer Service

just wanted to give a shout out about the excellent customer service i got the other day. Got a call from the man himself, Chuck, saying there was a problem with USPS (surprise) locating my address and that the package was returned to sender. I was quite impressed to hear the owner of the company on the other end, and it wasn't like I had waited weeks to hear about my order, it was well within a week. I was assured that it would immediately be taken care of. Much appreciated Chuck!!

I jus talked to Chuck, he said they're finishing coating them, and looking like possible wed next week.

yeah sometimes its speedy sometimes it seems not so speedy. Best time to order is before 12 central time and if you order on a tues or thurs it will prob. go out same day.
