Okay, so the first page says this: "So you get 4.6 lbs which is 180 servings, for $54.99. If dosing as suggested this is a 2.5 months."

But the website claims $70 something dollars. Is the price for the Xcell really 54.99?

Sorry if I missed something blatantly obvious, but if it really is 54.99, I'm all over it right f'in now!

Aeternitatis don't feel bad about the mistakes I got awfully excited over this deal as well. I was shocked that this didn't sell out much faster than it did, it's a smoking deal! Thanks Crowler, I can't wait to try it.

CROWLER! You are the freaking man! Just got the EXCELL and the cookie mix in today. EXCELL's taste is absolutely fantastic. Easily on par or dare I say better then Xtend. I am easily sold on this product. It almost reminds me of the watermellon xtend (but there is something that I dont like about the watermellon xtend that this doesn't have). I am very pleased. I will try the cookies tonight. Thanks again bro. And to everyone else, TRY THIS.
 
What is considered a serving size? I dont have a digital scale to weight out the 11.5 grams.......would that be about a tablespoon?

Close enough brother. I used an old xtend scoop and it was just a hair short in filling a tablespoon.
 
Got mine in the mail today - Interesting taste, not quit watermelon but not exaclty fruit punch - small hint of mediciny taste, overall pretty good. Starting log tomorrow, starting out with 3 servings throughout workout for the next 3 days to adjust, then on to 6.

3 servings = 34.5 grams - mixed in a little less than 1/2 gallon - does not totally dissolve, small particles still floating around - this is expected, no concern just an observation

thanks for the cookies - those will have to be tested at the end of my dieting phase.

Please read the email about suggestions on how to use it. Probably not a good idea to start out with mega dosing from day one.

Just like if you had never used protein powder and had 6 shakes the first day, things would turn pretty ugly :)

Made an error, 2tbls=~16 grams. I just realized that I usually put 2 scoops of xtend which is pretty much the same thing. So 2 full tablespoons would equal a little more than 1 serving (~16.6gr).

EDIT: I just remeasured with my more accurate scale. 1 level tablespoon=8.3grams. 1 xtend scoop=5.7grams

Sorry about the erroneous info:o

I suggest that if you let it sit in the water for about 10 minutes it will disolve better.

I'm gonna try it in about an hour. I'd run a log, but considering my current cycle, it'll be hard to judge the impact of the BCAAs.

I'll hit up the cookies this weekend :D

So more like 1.5 tbsp is a good serving yielding roughly 12.45 grams.:twisted:
 
I recieved my EXCELL today, smells really good. Thanks for shipping the cookie dough, me and my daughter will be baking some this weekend. I will be trying some in the morning. It's a good thing you put the zip lock bag in the express envelope, the seal didn't quite hold up. All is well though, I normally buy in bulk and am quite used to this sort of thing. Just food for thought on the next shipment.
 
Wow, I just tried my first servings of Excell, and you definitely have a winner. I've never tried Extend, but this is better than Xtreme Formulations ICE. It tastes like watermelon Jolly Ranchers.

Please make this a permanent part of your stock :kneel:

Thank you for letting me know. This is the feedback that helps me make it even better.

Try those cookies warm with some milk. IF you cook them and then they cool you can always nuke them for a couple seconds.

I was AMAZED they turned out so good. To me they do not taste like a healthy cookie but with no butter, no flour no sugar etc etc they REALLY are healthy.

I want everyones opinion on the taste.

I'll jump on the bandwagon also. I have been an avid Xtend user for the past 4-6mos or so. This product is very similar. I usually buy the grape Xtend so I cannot compare flavors but can definitely say the mixability is comparable.

Good product. Will buy more when needed and that's a fact.

Good taste although I am a fan of the grape as I have a few containers of Grape Substance that I mix it with.

I think I also remember something about BCAAs helping with liver care while taking methyls. Does that sound familiar to anyone?

BTW, do you have any more Excell available now, or is this run all accounted for? I have a buddy who might want to pick some up.
 
BCAA are thought to be of benefit to those with liver disease. Studies have been done that showed with supplementation of BCAA: decreased Total bilirubin, reduced severity of ascites, and 50% reduction of anorexia

Running Oratropin huh? You know, you can "upgrade" muscle cells sensitivity to IGF by upping your intake of arachidonic acid to 1000mg or so per day.

BTW, I just made a giant cookie outta the mix you sent, Crowler. My friend and I were grubbin on it. ;)

I let the original sit for 30 min like the directions said, I added more water and that did the trick (3 servings per 2/3 gallon)

- 3 servings during my workout last night was very noticeable - I recovered very quickly between sets and the hardest part of the set (the end) fealt much stronger. Energy was great as well. small amount of GI bloat but that settled pretty quick after the workout.


- cardio this AM - 1 serving during - energy levels were high. pretty nice full body pump as well for early am.

The taste is pretty good - jolly rancher is a good simularity. The packaging it came in was interesting as well, held up fine just well...is that how all bulk powders come?

My log starts today - I will post the link in this thread later.

Pretty good. A bit chewy like a pancake... maybe I put in too much egg. But that stuff would be a godsend while dieting. And my friend isn't a bodybuilder and doesn't like ANY diet foods... but he liked your cookies. :)

And I'm wondering, how much fiber is in there? I swear I felt it scraping out my intestines (in a good way).

WOW that sounds really good if a nonbodybuilder liked the cookies.

How much egg did you put in it?

I will check on the amount of fiber. It has a good amount of Flax seed but I will check and see.
