They are still low, until the 8th on this month, is there ANY way you can hold one for me until then. I want to do a log with it to at megadosing levels. Hi Witty.

Good question. In a perfect world all testers for all new products would be secluded in a labratory and every action they took would be monitored.

But here in the real world it is understood that people either can not or it is unrealistic to think they they will only use the one item. A compromise would be to use the same sups a person has been using for a while and then add the new supp to see if there is a positive experience or not.

Does this make sense?

I would say if you are only do cardio do the 5 servings.

Workout days

Total of 6 servings

Use your normal preworkout meal/drink 1 hour before working out.

Add 3 servings of the EXCELL to your water and let it sit for 30 minutes or more to help it disolve then shake or stir it up. Begin sipping 15 minutes before working out. Continue sipping during workout and finish at the end of your workout.

An additional 3 servings sipped throughout the day.

You can also drink a serving in the middle of the night if you happen to wake up.

Non-workout days

5 servings sipped throughout the day .
