I know I feel ya there. If there is a cold going around I WILL get it and I won't be able to breath out of nose for 4 months my eustachian tubes will be completed clogged for 4months so I cant hear sh!t which also throws my equilibrium off, I'll have a nasty painful cough for 4 months, will get atleast 1 or 2 ear infections. And I'm not exaggerating at all it literally last about 4 months for me to get rid of a simple cold. I can't even clip my nails without getting paronychia even if clean them before and after and even leave a bit of nail.

Immune health = Gut Health, Vitamin D, beta androstenetriol. Bulk beta androstenetriol may work on its own, however I've only ever used 7-Spray from Prototype Nutrition which is actually 7-keto dhea and 3b,7b,17b-androst-5-en-triol 3-acetate (beta-AET acetate).

Id also add addressing sleep quality, either by way of supplements or just better habits/environment.

I saw that mentioned before, definite interest. Do you think there's any need to cycle beta AET in general? I know Patrick has said he basically never comes off it anymore. I can totally understand why. Im about 3 months in on 7-spray and really have no desire to come off unless necessary. Any reason to worry about some type of rebound when coming off from extended use?
