I just got mine and am going to start up ASAP and can't wait for those hunger reduction sides lol.

Yeah it's pretty nuts. You'll have to report back how it's working for you after about a week.. Epitome alone was hit/miss for me. Sometimes I'd be ravenous, other days would get full quickly/not be very hungry.. But so far with Rebirth, my hunger has been shot since day 4 to say the least.. I'll try to choke down one more protein shake in about an hour before my workout, but I'm currently sitting at ~450 calories for the day right now with zero hunger. Lol - maybe I'll be able to throw down some chicken and rice after the workout though, we'll see..

Sometimes Acetyl-L-Carnitine can keep people awake a bit through increased brain activity. If it becomes more of a problem, then take it earlier. If taking with Epitome, switch the last two doses.

That's a bit much. You want the dosing of everything more spread out for continuous effect.

Hunger is eradicated. Uncomfortably I might add. It went over the course of 3 days from "I could eat a bit I guess" to "nah, I'm good" to "oh god, don't look at food, don't smell it, I'm getting nauseated". The latter being where I've been the last 2 days. It's impressive.

Rebirth certainly doesn't taste too good on its own. But I wouldn't begin to have an issue with that with the results so far.

Not at home right now. Bottle is yellow, so I assume lipton. I'll Google real quick....

Lipton tropical mango iced tea. I've tried a few others, but this one mixes with the pineapple orange, and covers it decently. Don't get me wrong, I still dry heave at times lmao. Grabbed it at Meijers, I'm sure Walmart and Target have it.

When I first started M.R. I mixed it with Celsius packets, the flavor wasn't great but it was bearable. Only recently have I started drinking MR on its own... I really like the flavor. Its almost too sweet (not quite), but it goes down smooth.

Slightly related to a question I asked over in the Cardiotryx thread, is Metabolic Rebirth ok to take before fasted morning cardio? Since the instructions are to take it first thing in the morning, my routine looks like:

7am: Rebirth + Ammo + Cardiotryx + Alphamine (stim)
8am: 45-60 minutes of cardio
9am: Brite
12pm: Epitome
2pm: Brite
6pm: Brite + Epitome
10pm: Brite + Rebirth + Ammo

Should anything get shuffled around?

Why? I don't see any reason that Y and L-Tyrosine would cause an "unpleasant mix".

Yohimbine is a relatively weak MAOI, which doesn't go so well with tyrosine ("see coop's corner #4 thread"). Whether or not it affects everyone the same I wouldn't venture to guess, I'm not a medical professional.

Its more pronounced, and dangerous, with tyramine. However, with tyrosine one doesn't really know if they are susceptible to a greater degree of adverse reaction until after mixing the two. Again, not a medical person, just pointing out that some people experience issues with the combo.

There's some Yohimbine extract in Alphamine, and I was debating getting AlphaBurn too. Cool to take Rebirth with Yohimbine, or should I save Rebirth for after workout instead of first thing in the morning?

You can adjust the Rebirth dosing to early afternoon. That's what's recommended on the dosing anyway.

We mixed AlphaY with tyramine in HEAT Stack and never had any problems at all.
