Peyronies. There's a lot of information about it. This won't necessarily cause it, and should actually prevent the fibrosis that causes it. Now as ti helping it....it's possible, and will depend quite a bit on the technique and aggressiveness of your exercises. Don't get overenthusiastic and cause major damage...we're looking at minor damage that is quickly and easily healed resulting in tissue adaptations...not "scarring".
 
I never rush anything. My name goes on all of my work, and I know that my reputation is on the line with everything I put out. This will be done right.

I will consider sending this with a small bottle of DMSO. It will be *optional to add it into the formula and shake really well. It's the ideal solvent/carrier, especially for ingredients such as the Arachidnonic Acid.

I should have read a bit more into this thread, are you saying ARA will be within the formula?
 
okay here we go.. i have a full time job so most of my length work is squeezed into a regular day..

AM - 15 mins of all stretches (hold times are 30 sec, 60 sec and 90 sec - rotary, A-stretch, downward stretch)

use a product called ESL-40 for assisting with the stretches and also wear it as an all day stretch device throughout the day.

At night I use the bathmate 3 days a week for 15-20 mins. this is my current routine but over the years I've done so many different routines, at one point I was doing 600 jelqs a day and my best gains were during that time. The gains from 5 to 7 happened over a period of 8 years :)

Good Lord...that is some dedication. I was not aware that jelqs could or should be done everyday..
 
lol..oh yeah mediocrity will not be tolerated.. haha. I should have clarified that the jelqs were only 5 days a week.In the beginning theres a lot of fatigue but after a few years the regular jelqs are nothing more than a warmup for clamping, pumping.. etc

Correct. At barely 300 daltons it will still work in a topical. The 2-series prostaglandins are one of the major signaling molecules that trigger repair and growth.

It's like anything else, you're going to get the most if you put in the most effort. However, it can be as simple as grabbing one of those rubber rings (a bit snug) and some lube and spend 10-15 minutes letting the blood engorge and stretch everything (more for girth, but it will put forward pressure as well).

Studied in Skeletal Muscle, but also applies to smooth muscle (at least in this case). Blood flow restriction (from jelqing, occlusion, etc) causes a rapid rise in HSP72, decrease in myostatin, and increases of nitric oxide synthase.

Abstract
PURPOSE:

Some previous studies have shown that resistance exercise training with venous occlusion causes an enhanced hypertrophy in human muscles. To investigate the effects of blood flow on muscular size at either cellular or subcellular level, we developed an animal model in which several veins from hindlimb muscles of the rat are surgically crush-occluded.
METHODS:

Twenty-four male Wister rats were randomly assigned into either a group for sham operation (sham group) or a group for venous occlusion (experimental group; N = 12 for each group). Fourteen days after the operation, plantaris, soleus, gastrocnemius, extensor digitorum longus, and tibialis anterior muscles were dissected from hindlimbs and subjected to morphological and biochemical analyses.
RESULTS:

Fourteen days after the operation, the muscles expect for soleus showed similar increases in wet weight/body weight (by 7-12%) as compared with the sham-operated group (P < 0.05). Further analyses on the plantaris muscle showed increases in muscle dry weight/ body weight (by 10%) and the concentrations of myofibrillar protein (by 23%), glycogen (by 93%) and lactate (by 23%) after the operation (P < 0.05). Mean fiber cross-sectional area was larger by 34% in the experimental group than in the sham-operated group (P < 0.01). The content of HSP-72 increased, whereas that of myostatin protein decreased (P < 0.01). The expression of nitric oxide synthase-1 (NOS-1) mRNA increased (P < 0.01), whereas that of IGF-1 mRNA showed no significant change (P = 0.36). Although the muscle nitric oxide (NO) concentration tended to increase, but the change was not significant (P = 0.10).
CONCLUSIONS:

Changes in muscle blood flow may affect the muscular size through actions of HSP-72, myostatin, and NOS-1.

AIMS:

Vascular calcification (VC) is a significant contributor to cardiovascular mortality in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and coronary artery disease (CAD). Osteo/chondrocytic transformation and simultaneous dedifferentiation of smooth muscle cells (SMCs) are important in the pathogenesis of VC. Heat-shock protein 72 (HSP72) is a cardioprotective inducible heat-shock protein that functions as a molecular chaperone. However, its role in the development of accelerated vascular dysfunction and calcification is largely unexplored.
METHODS AND RESULTS:

We describe for the first time marked reduction in HSP72 expression in arteries from patients with CKD and CAD, compared with healthy controls, in vivo. Induction of HSP72 by heat-shock treatment (HST) significantly prevented the development of calcification of human aortic smooth muscle cells (HA-SMCs), in vitro. These anti-calcific effects were abolished following treatment with both quercetin, an HST inhibitor, and HSP72 siRNA knockdown. Induction of HSP72 suppressed Cbfa-1-dependent osteo/chondrocytic transformation and stabilized SMC contractile phenotype through the myocardin-serum response factor (SRF) pathway. Co-immunoprecipitation studies demonstrated physical association between SRF and HSP72. Furthermore, organ culture of arteries from CKD and CAD patients showed that these arteries retained their ability to induce HSP72 following HST, despite initially reduced expression.
CONCLUSION:

Our study shows for the first time that intracellular HSP72 may function as a central regulator of molecular pathways involved in the development of VC. We suggest treatment strategies that up-regulate HSP72 as a new approach to inhibit VC.

In your studies have you come across the effects of “stim dick” I been taking high stim preworkout Re1gn and notice this effect, others do not get it. Its like putting your dick and balls in freezing water. Something to do with circulation and where body draws blood from. So im wondering even Hang may have different effect on people.

Thoughts???

I get the same thing, especially with Yohimbine and ephedrine (a paradoxical reaction). Biochemistry is different with everyone, but especially combined with the blood flow enhancement exercises you should have a dramatic carryover effect that will sustain the increased blood flow for an extended period of time.

I am in the same boat as you, the vaso 6 in re1ng does not counter tis effect, good to know

Yeah, it does it to me too.
High dose DMAA as-well, keep hydrated. If you have HGW on hand, I found it helps counter-act it.

I drink plenty of water per day. Maybe helps alittle.. but long term use maybe damaging so will cut down on pre stims

I've noticed it's gotten worse, to the point it effects my training

I'll finish the tub, and sell off the rest.
 
TRPV4 and stretch-activated stimuli...amplifying the effects of jelqing and other techniques to speed up results.

Came upon this quite by accident today, and made the tie-in to HUNG. Simple to manipulate. Also quite possibly applicable in conjunction with membrane bound lipids such as arachidonic acid to amplify muscle growth in response to workouts.

Transient receptor potential channels have recently been implicated in physiological functions in a urogenital system. In this study, we investigated the role of transient receptor potential vanilloid 4 (TRPV4) channels in a stretch sensing mechanism in mouse primary urothelial cell cultures. The selective TRPV4 agonist, 4α-phorbol 12,13-didecanoate (4α-PDD) evoked Ca2+ influx in wild-type (WT) urothelial cells, but not in TRPV4-deficient (TRPV4KO) cells. We established a cell-stretch system to investigate stretch-evoked changes in intracellular Ca2+ concentration and ATP release. Stretch stimulation evoked intracellular Ca2+ increases in a stretch speed- and distance-dependent manner in WT and TRPV4KO cells. In TRPV4KO urothelial cells, however, the intracellular Ca2+ increase in response to stretch stimulation was significantly attenuated compared with that in WT cells. Stretch-evoked Ca2+ increases in WT urothelium were partially reduced in the presence of ruthenium red, a broad TRP channel blocker, whereas that in TRPV4KO cells did not show such reduction. Potent ATP release occurred following stretch stimulation or 4α-PDD administration in WT urothelial cells, which was dramatically suppressed in TRPV4KO cells. Stretch-dependent ATP release was almost completely eliminated in the presence of ruthenium red or in the absence of extracellular Ca2+. These results suggest that TRPV4 senses distension of the bladder urothelium, which is converted to an ATP signal in the micturition reflex pathway during urine storage.
