I've used several and the other seems to do more harm than good. I almost felt more bloated, stopped up per-se on heavy CFU blends. Also the blends themselves had tons of strains which might as well have just fought each other off. I forget current the name but it's a 4 strain acidopholus profile currently. It works, I just can't find it locally anymore as it has to be refrigerated at all times. I don't trust a cold product on shipping anymore, too many variables.
The problem here is not the probiotic its probably a food source or something in your diet causing you to feel off.
90% of people don't listen to the foods they eat on their body and eat them because they are deemed clean, and they continue to eat them when they are not processing the nutrients proeprly. now I could be wrong, but I have worked with hundreds of clients and athletes and this almost the root cause every single time, not the probiotic or digestive enzyme, but food sources and things taht bloat them and they continue to eat/use them and it just does more harm then good
my 2 cents start playing the elmination game and stick to lower FODMAP items to prevent bloating.
Egg whites, broccoli, fish, mushrooms, oatmeal are HUGE victims same with dairy. There are lots of others but these are the most common I see in clients
