Probably just going to keep it as Gut Health, but this formula keeps Gut Health on top of the Probiotic Wars.
Glad to see everyone catch up. However beware, more species is not necessarily better, and carries a good chance of killing each other off leaving your immune system more compromised than before supplementation.

Abstract
BACKGROUND:
We are aware of no study that has indicated the effects of daily consumption of multispecies probiotic supplements on metabolic profiles, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), and oxidative stress in diabetic patients.
OBJECTIVE:
This study was designed to determine the effects of multispecies probiotic supplements on metabolic profiles, hs-CRP, and oxidative stress in diabetic patients.
METHODS:
This randomized double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial was performed on 54 diabetic patients aged 35-70 years. Subjects were randomly assigned to take either a multispecies probiotic supplement (n = 27) or placebo (n = 27) for 8 weeks. The multispecies probiotic supplement consisted of 7 viable and freeze-dried strains: Lactobacillus acidophilus (2 × 10(9) CFU), L. casei (7 × 10(9) CFU), L. rhamnosus (1.5 × 10(9) CFU), L. bulgaricus (2 × 10(8) CFU), Bifidobacterium breve (2 × 10(10) CFU), B. longum (7 × 10(9) CFU), Streptococcus thermophilus (1.5 × 10(9) CFU), and 100 mg fructo-oligosaccharide. Fasting blood samples were taken at baseline and after intervention to measure metabolic profiles, hs-CRP, and biomarkers of oxidative stress including plasma total antioxidant capacity and total glutathione (GSH).
RESULTS:
Between-group comparisons of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) revealed that consumption of probiotic supplements prevented a rise in FPG (+28.8 ± 8.5 for placebo vs. +1.6 ± 6 mg/dl for probiotic group, p = 0.01). Although a significant within-group increase in serum insulin and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels was found in both the probiotic group and the placebo group, the changes were similar between the two groups. We observed a significant increase in HOMA-IR (homeostasis model of assessment-insulin resistance) in both the probiotic group (p = 0.02) and the placebo group (p = 0.001); however, the increase in the placebo group was significantly higher than that in the probiotic group (+2.38 vs. +0.78, p = 0.03). Mean changes in serum hs-CRP were significantly different between the two groups (-777.57 for the probiotic group vs. +878.72 ng/ml for the placebo group, p = 0.02). Probiotic supplementation led to a significant increase in plasma GSH levels compared to placebo (240.63 vs. -33.46 µmol/l, p = 0.03).
CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, multispecies probiotic supplementation, compared with placebo, for 8 weeks in diabetic patients prevented a rise in FPG and resulted in a decrease in serum hs-CRP and an increase in plasma total GSH.

So, what did I change in the formula? Nope, I haven't added any new strains because my original work was spot on the the strains working in an unbelievably potent complement. So what then? Well, after finding a production company that specializes in probiotic manufacturing for private labels, they are bored crapless with the same old ****. They have gotten me a double density CFU material for only a little more money, Each capsule will now contain a full 12 billion CFU (2 billion per strain.)
The inulin/prebiotic will stay the same at 100mg
The next two depend on how much flow agent/anti-caking agent the need to use, but I have added:
Apple Polyphenols 150mg. These magical compounds show some amazing anti-inflammatory properties, especially in the gut, as well as killing off pathogenic bacteria and encouraging the growth of benefiial strains.
Zinc-L-Carnosine 150mg - probably best to post the wiki sections, as it's VERY well done. -
Gastrointestinal
Its mechanism of action is believed to oxygen radical scavenging, anti-oxidation, and acceleration of gastrointestinal wound healing.[3] It exhibits ROS-quenching activities.[4] It can remain in the stomach without rapid dissociation and adhere specifically to ulcerous lesions, after which L-carnosine and zinc are released to heal the ulcer.[6] It has been shown to stimulate mucus production and to maintain the integrity of the gastric mucosal barrier.[5] In summary, it maintains homeostasis of the gastric mucosa by prostaglandin-independent cytoprotective effects due to anti-oxidative membrane stabilizing actions, and it promotes the repair of damaged tissues by wound healing action.[6]
It has a potential to stimulate Hsp70 expression, with overexpression of Hsp70 being found to prevent the development of inflammatory process in the large intestinal mucosa provoked by various damaging factors.[8]
It exhibits an inhibitory effect on H. pylori.[6]
Comparisons
Its healing efficacy against ulceration is significantly greater than that of other zinc complexes, free L-carnosine, and zinc D-carnosine.[6] Its pharmacological activity seems attributable mainly to zinc ion, presumably transported effectively into the ulcer by means of L-carnosine together with the action of L-carnosine itself.[6] In contrast, a simple mixture of L-carnosine and zinc had a lesser effect, presumably due to rapid diffusion of L-carnosine and zinc ion in the entire stomach.[6]
Other
It has a stimulatory effect on bone formation and a restorative effect on bone loss under various pathophysiologic conditions.[9]
For those that want extra points, tell me why I included that last sentence, since it doesn't at first seem relevant to a probiotic.
Anyway, the price will be going up a bit, but not a ridiculous amount. I'm still trying to keeo the 75 capsule bottles under $40 (50 cents per day).
