EvoMuse Presents: Epitome™

Is anyone else feeling extra muscular fullness since starting Epitome?

Can't wait to get my bottle and start the log. Feedback after only a few days is very intriguing...
 
Week one thoughts:

Muscle pump- this is hit and miss but I'm lower carb and I think it has something to do with lack of pumps

Appetite control - I haven't noticed anything but I'm not craving junk, nor was I before starting.

Thermo - hit and miss on this as well. I think I have started to sweat a little more in the gym but not much

Cardio - the perceived level of effort has for sure seemed easier. Now I'm not doing an hour of running but incline walking or elliptical at 15 mins has seemed easier even when upping speed/resistance.

Weight - hasn't really moved one way or the other. It fluctuates with a 3 lbs area like it has for the last year. I weight every morning first thing.

GDA - I noticed this really quick. If I miss a feeding time I get a hypo feeling. Light headed and weak.

Body comp- now I'm only 1 week in, but as of today I look leaner than on 8 weeks on any thermo I have taken in years. It almost seems like a placebo but it's not. My pants are a little looser, not a hole belt notch looser yet but none the less looser. I am actually shocked by the recomp being this noticeable this soon. I hold weight and it takes a lot for me to change my appearance unless it's getting bigger. I have no problem adding 10 pounds and bulking but loosing has always been near impossible.

If this trend continues it will, hands down, be the best product I have ever taken for fat loss. I'll post again when I see anything else worth noting.
 
I take mine between meals.
 
Maybe I missed this... Any advantage to a preworkout dose?

A preworkout dose will have a similar effect to CardioTryx - it will help endurance and increase fat burning, but dampen muscle protein synthesis after resistance training.
 
Well I just took Epitome + MyoSynergy and definitely noticed more sweating than usual.

I have to agree with this. This is day 4 for me on epitome and yesterday I did notice I was warmer and increase in sweating but today dosed with myosynergy I was a lot warmer and dripping sweat during workout. To the point I asked other people in my office if it was hot in there today

I've been rocking tank tops for over a week, even while everyone in town is still wearing caps and coats.
 
My appetite is still nil and I checked my temperature after dosing with plenty of time between exercising & eating and it was elevated above normal (+2 degrees F), but still within healthy limits.

Absolutely none, definitely a high quality extract.

I did clarify with my partner that we went with Synthetic. It was orders of magnitude less expensive, and no possibility of other allergans.

Would a serving of Strafe bring protein synthesis back to basline and more bring it above normal?

It'll help, but still not ideal if your workouts are geared towards size/strength gains.

Anyone else getting increased urination frequency?

Lol. You definitely have something to look forward to! I'll keep updating as I notice stuff but I am really impressed with just 1 week on this.

I'm just a rep, but I can say in my time with working with Matt he really puts his heart and soul into each one of his products. We are a very small company and don't have the funding to constantly pump out new products unless our other ones can sell. We don't have the financial freedom to swing and miss on a lot of products hoping to hit a home run with quantity so if he puts something out he definitely thinks it is going to be something that really works.

And he doesn't attempt to make something that is already on the market. If he puts something out it's because he thinks it has a unique place as a quality product.
 
Well put Geo. I am not very vocal on this site but I do follow a lot of threads and I know that lots of people hold Matt is high regards and it is for good reason. I have used several of the Evomuse products and they are top notch, unique and innovative. I am really glad I got 4 bottles of epitome cause I think it's about to catch fire and be hard to find ?. I might need to buy 4 more before its to late.

I have never used an Evomuse product I didn't love. Exactly why I support Evomuse 100%. Plus Matt always adds great freebies. :)
 
Let's say a guy wanted max fat loss. So he takes an extra dose or so of Epitome. Let's say he has some tren he could take to stave off muscle/protein synthesis issues. Assuming that would suffice how much extra could he take of Epitome? If he's anything like me he's only thinking one extra dose but for theory what would be acceptable?

Bump for this question. Looking forward to starting Epitome, but glad I just started epiandro to run with this when I get it considering dampened protein synthesis...

It's really kind of a teeter totter here. Something like Tren will absolutely hit hard increasing protein synthesis, and you would still have the Leptin angle of Epitome, but my personal choice? I would still stick with recommended dosage.

Food doesn't really matter here, just arrange your intake around your workout time. This product is great for both men and women.
 
Now this is just ridiculous. 6 ounce sirloin and brown rice for lunch. I ate 3 ounces and could literally not eat another bite without the gag reflex kicking in.

Looking like Shakes and GlycoMyx are gonna be about 3 meals per day.

That is crazy. I haven't had any appetite reduction only fat loss :)

I'm sitting pretty at 214, and trying to hold it there while leaning out. I know I need to get my calories in. I hit between 15-16% today, so I will be reducing my Epitome dose to morning only, 1 cap per day until I hit 12%.

I'm actually really glad my appetite hasn't been crushed since mine hasn't really been out of control anyway. I would like to maintain as much lbm as possible.

Then that's what I'll do. Sounds like it's working great for you and you're gonna do one dose, I won't lie I'm getting excited.

I know Matt asked me to hold off on my LGD run due to it's effect on bllod glucose levels so my feedback is strictly related to Epitome, but I'm a Guinea pig ?. I'll let the boss take it from there.
 
I might get this for my wife she's around 20% body fat after having 3 kids. She's doing amazing in the gym.
