Been on this for 3 weeks and no reflux.I've had no issues with reflux. I usually drink a lot of water and sometimes have a small meal near my time of dosing.
Do you ever drink a soda, regular or diet? The reflux is not fun. My evening dose usually has little to no reflux. But my morning dose I get awful reflux/gross esophageal burn for around 30-60 minutes. Which happens during my workout. Once it is absorbed, it is great. Been tempted to eat a small meal early mornings, but sometimes get nauseous if I do before I lift. But now the nausea comes along with the supplement burn.
Let me help out the guy you quoted because you obviously get a lot of questions and may have forgotten….. a poster asked you if adding another dosage 3x3 a day was ok and I believe you said that was fine. So I believe the guy you quoted is asking if 4x2 is ok because he can’t do 3x3.Dosage is 3x2

Awesome, I’ll change to that.Sorry.
The same dose, but spread out to 3 is more effective (and expensive) but a higher dose with the same time interval isn't likely to benefit.
3x2 is more bang for the buck.
The effects on appetite kick in fairly quickly. Day or two.Awesome, I’ll change to that.
Question… how long does the GLP-1 take to kick in orally? I’m around 3 weeks in and I have had a little belly bloat, gassy the last few days. It could be completely unrelated but I was thinking that maybe the effects could be in high gear.
There are several ways the body loses fat, from lipolysis/beta-oxidation for energy during workouts to pure thermogenics (where BRITE would fit in).Dsade what's your take as a research expert on people who say you can only lose fat so fast and nothing you take or do will really increase or enhance that effect. Starting from consuming zero calories or fasting, which is how I intend to likely take this, most "experts"(take that for what it's worth) say that you can only really burn so many calories/fat/lose weight at a rate per day. We're talking mostly fat weight, not including huge swings from water loss or stuff like that. After awhile no matter how much exercise you do, etc you basically equalize at the same rate of fat loss on fasting.
That being said, supplements like Brite, in my opinion would seemingly HAVE to accelerate that, but there is zero data on this. Although you think there would be tons of people interested in it, I guess there is no money in it. Would be interesting to see 3 groups, all water fasting, one group takes Brite 3caps 2x a day, 2nd group takes Ozempic or something, 3rd group just water fasts normally. Seeing which group loses the most fat out of each other would solve a lot of problems in terms of validating these weight loss effects and countering the narrative of fat loss being essentially capped at a certain speed. Just my thoughts as a Human Performance Specialist and Supplement Engineer in the industry.

It really is! I'm not sure I've used anything else ever that kills the appetite as well as this has.The appetite suppression is potent.
Anything in the way of weight or physique changes?1st day on new Brite my body got so hot that I had a small histamine reaction . I decided to keep taking it, since I didn't see any ingredients that I'm allergic to.
3 weeks in and my appetite is lower, body temp heats up much quicker, and the burps remind me of the old VanillaLean
After vacation I want to grab a few bottles and stack with Epitome!
One additional note..Something in it must cause me to sleep better because I found myself not using CPAP as much. That typically happens when I take cortisol reducing supplements. That's bad for me though, cause I need the mask on lol
