EvoMuse Presents: AndroLo Pro

its only meant for lagging body parts. if all those muscle groups are lagging to the point where you're using a large amount, you're defeating the purpose of the product.
you'd be a better candidate for a systemic product
I ran this by Dsade himself before applying to this many bodyparts. I experienced tremendous results in all of the areas of application so the product absolutely worked as intended, just with more systemic spillover than would be experienced if used more judiciously.

if everything is lagging, then there are better approaches to overall growth. the cost effectiveness plus systemic spillover makes me not use this in large quantities. I also do the topmuscle/androlo pro protocol dsade mentioned.

I certainly got what I wanted out of the cycle results wise over 3 months and I think the side effects were still greatly reduced over what I would have faced with a fully systemic topical/injectable product. It was a fun little experiment but if/when I run this product again in the future it will be utilized in fewer areas simultaneously.

I was tempted to do so but decided to run AndroLo Pro largely on it's own. I speak from experience that if you use this on enough of your body it's sufficiently absorbed systemically to cause androgenic side effects on it's own. I had a great lean bulking cycle with massive improvements to areas where I was using it (chest/shoulders/upper+lower arms/traps) but found that I was experiencing androgenic side effects such as disturbance of sleeping patterns.

What were your results with a cycle of this? Massive improvements? How did you dose it? Cheers.

I gained approximately 10-12 pounds in a 3 month cycle with the majority of these being lean gains. I used enough to cover all of the mentioned bodyparts twice per day. I grew very noticeably in all of the areas of application and noticed increased vascularity as well which stuck around post cycle.

Curious to use this alongside IGF LR3 to bring up lagging bodyparts. AndroLo on delts and IGF delts on their own have noticeable results w spot growth.
I will have some suggestions for you to maximize the combo.

I'm just overloaded right now and have to comb my notes

Thanks for quick response. Was this the only product you used or was this part of a ‘stack’ with other SARM/PH/DS/AAS? Or supplements?

As your list was extensive, Approximately how many pumps per day were you using?

I was using a ton of other supplements in conjunction with AndroLo so it was anything but solo. There were no other SARMS/PH/DS/AAS however.

I don't recall exactly how many pumps this took in total. I'm a bit smaller framed so if I recall correctly I was able to spread one pump per side across my upper arms, another pump per side could cover a shoulder and traps, and I was able to spread another pump across my pecs in a thin layer.

post a before and after of your physique and your bank account, half this server will end up giving you better advice on how to approach things. taking a bunch of different supps to hit all these angles while your diet, sleep, recovery, and quality of training probably arent there yet if you're still claiming to be small. I refuse to believe that you're not big and jacked, assuming you're doing everything right.

I see no reason that I would want to be posting personal physique photos as I'm a rather private person by nature. I don't think I'm much different from the typical poster here in that they aren't satisfied with their physiques and are looking to make improvements, and I'm a former fat guy that's a little bashful in nature. My bank account is ultimately none of your business so I don't know why you'd even suggest that. Should I also post my social insurance number, address, drivers license and passport photos while I'm at it?

I'm very satisfied with what I've accomplished in the last year and a bit and a lot of this is due to improvement of my training routine. I'll readily admit I've been like the poster child for the guy that's been spinning his wheels for years due to a variety of factors including excessive partying in my younger years, a variety of injuries and health issues that prevented me from training effectively, and what was likely largely ineffective training with respects to hypertrophy as I was likely just building endurance by not pushing close enough to failure. I have also been rebuilding my home gym in the last few years with my most recent purchase being an Ironax lever machine that will allow me to safely push to failure

I tended to take 2 steps forward and 2 steps backwards for most of my training career and as I was nearing 50 I made a concerted effort to try to understand why I was largely stuck progress wise. I think a key factor was the higher rep range training that I had settled into as this was likely making it harder to gauge proper proximity to failure in my workouts. It's entirely possible I was leaving 4 or 5 or even more reps in the tank in my sets as I was largely working in the 15 rep range most of the time and that's been shown to make it far more difficult to gauge proximity to failure with any accuracy. I've been tweaking my routine over time trying different splits and rep ranges and slowly settling into more of an 8-12 rep range on my primary lifts on exercises I can tolerate the heavier relative loads. I do have a lot of old lifting injuries to work around so that limits the rep ranges I can utilize on certain exercises. I had also been treating legs as a bit of an afterthought as I developed impingement syndrome in both of my hips and completely dropped all hip dominant exercises. I've been finding that I can tolerate RDL's and lever machine squats with minimal discomfort if I don't overdo these exercises so I do expect I can start regrowing my legs to a far more effective degree.
