Any issues taking dcp/epitome/brite at the same time? I like to stack the 3 together 3 times a day.

Also any issues with doing those 3 pre cardio?

Epitome is 2x a day...so not sure about upping to three.

I did brite+DCP pre workout 4:30am, 12:00 and 9:00pm, with epitome at 11 and 4, for a couple days. But epitome is still just making me too hungry, so I dropped it.

So far about a week with brite and DCP (been on brite about 2 months). Def sweating a little more. Especially after meals. No crazy drenching or dramatic scale drops yet.

Anybody else on the triple stack?
 
Nothing wrong with taking those 3 at the same time (and as stated, only dose Epitome twice though).

Pre cardio is fine, but keep Epitome away from your workout by about 3 hours (DCP and BRITE can be at any time).

I would try to wait it out because it leveled out like crazy for me. Just my 2 cents, I can't wait to get another bottle.
 
Would taking dcp with Olympus labs trump 1hr pre work out be enough?

You can stack dcp with anything. Just drink alot of water if you train fasted like i do for stomach issues if you have them and because you will be drenched!

I got pretty hungry my first go around when it was released (logged it) but will be trying again at end of summer

Have been running brite slintensity and epitome for about 2 months, added in dcp this week and already seeing accelerated results. Thinking of adding ammo for cortisol control as I don't get enough sleep and I can't seem to shake this remaining belly fat.
 
Quick question (I looked, but didn't see this answered anywhere): Is there any reason DCP would not be OK for females to take? I was telling my gf about this and she loves the idea of a non-stim fat burner, but I just wanted to ask before I give it to her.

On on day 5 of DCP/BRITE. What can I say? Subjectively, I am warm all day (i.e. Increased core temp) I sweat like crazy during cardio, my appetite is suppressed, and I'm in a good mood. If this keeps up, I will be shredded again by the end of September. Actually as I type this, I'm sitting at home watching tv and I'm sweating lol. I took BRITE/DCP/Defuse before dinner and I'm burning up. Seriously I'm about to jump in the pool to cool down, lol.

i played basketball last night for 2 hours and burned 4,456 calories......that's insane .....I usually burn around 3100 ..unreal..I will take a picture of my fitbit when I play again.

If I have to find something wrong with this, in an attempt to be less envious, I would say you are going to outrun your Brite. Stuff should be at least a semi-staple. I've been off for a couple weeks, but I ran it for 5 months straight and I have two bottles waiting for the end of my 11-KT run and I will order more when it is in stock again.

I always wonder the accuracy of these devices (as I've never used them before).

This reminded me of when I first got my phone and the Google fit app was turned on. I had my phone in my pocket and was helping my friends take a chimney down from the inside of a house they were renovating. I spent from 9-6 smashing bricks loose with sledge hammers, filling buckets with bricks, lugging them down 3 flights of stairs, stacking the bricks in a garage, etc.

Around 5 my phone started buzzing. Google Fit told me I had reached my fitness goals for the day! I think I was well beyond that, haha. But the Google overlords were satisfied.

Right now I'm taking a break from Alphaburn and Ammo, everything else I'm currently stacking. I take the Ketoinduce during pre-fasted cardio and it works wonders. I take SNS Inhibit-E with my Testruction as well.

No worries I have 2 more bottles of BRITE on standby, I try to keep it stocked up lol. I have been on BRITE consistently since September.

There is no way he burned 4400 calories in 2 hours. Fitbit is lying to you, lol. The accuracy of those electric devices should be taken with a grain of salt brother. Good workout though!

Did your body acclimate to a full Alphaburn dose?
 
Any suggestions on adding Vanilean to a BMP/DCP stack?
Dosing?
If you have it you can add it in. I took the key ingredients (mostly) and put them into DCP rather than release both as new products, so the main Vanillean angles are covered in the DCP.

I just got my shipment from Evomuse. That was fast, I think 2-3 days. I didn't even get a tracking number...figured he was backed up.

Now I have to wait until I am done with my 11-KT run and log so I can start with the DCP and Brite. It will be a test of my will power. I also got some thermodynamics and 2 pouches of BMP. I took 2 pieces of gum right away (no patience) and I keep picking up my products that I can't use and fondle them like a set of titties on prom night. I've read the labels at least 5 times haha.
 
dsade I just took two pieces of thermogum without really thinking much - what are the ingredients in this batch? It looks like it might have DMAA? Which is sweet if it does, but how much? I don't want to pop 4 pieces over a couple hours and then have 100 mg of DMAA in my system, haha.

I believe the final dosing on the DMAA is 15mg per peice, with 40mg of caffiene as well.

SIDE NOTE: I'm down to 1 box of Thermogum left. When it's gone, it's gone.

Too bad. Thermogum, where have you been all my life? This is like finding the girl of your dreams on a train and not even saying hi! I got 3 bags because I wasn't sure about it, should have bout 10 or 20.

This is, after chewing it for about 30 minutes. I'm sold. I actually think it tasted OK at first (i'm not a huge fan of cinnamon), and by now it tastes a little bitter and bad to me, but I don't care. I feel pretty damned good and even fat burners don't do that to me. I will be using this pre-workout tonight, haha

Sorry I didn't edit I meant to say for the day I burned that amount, in a day of dcp I burned an additional 1100 than my normal days I play hoop and my daily activities
 
Did your body acclimate to a full Alphaburn dose?

I never tried to acclimate to the full dose, I just split the caps in half. Too strong for me at 8mg.
 
Why keto induce pre cardio?

Because I do my cardio in a fasted state, and I want the ketone energy to make it through the session, and ultimately, to be in a state of almost pure-fat burning. I realize it's not the way Matt designed KetoInduce (pre-bed dosing protocol) , but I don't feel like spending $70 bucks on Patrick Arnold's KetoCaNa product.

Matt , you mentioned awhile back on FB that you might increase the BHB salts, did that come to fruition?

I currently weigh 186, roughly ~12% body fat, age 23.

Looking to burn some more fat and cut even harder. Been ketogenic for roughly 6 months and dropped 40 lbs, and 13% of body fat.

Can you guys recommend a stack or a product for me, or help me get started. I have been thinking Eviscerate BFF, and DCP. I am thinking about stocking some Brite once it is back in stock.

Brite and DCP. Eviscerate smolder for SAT or abliderate for VAT. If you are way below your set point epitome is good as well

Doing that is bad for fat loss. Id highly advise against that.

Both Patrick Arnold and dr. D'Agostino who are the pioneers of the product have stated it many times... because your body will use the exogenous ketones as a fuel source and not stored body fat.
 
Regarding the Fitbit and accuracy --

Accuracy is one thing and it may be off. However, I've found it to be pretty solidly consistent. And to me, that's far more important.

So I may or may not burn X calories, but as in lucky's example, he burned X + 1,100 vs. the normal X and that should be pretty consistent.

Had mine since September and won't ever go back to not utilizing one (until something better comes out lol).

Yeah I just read up on that glaring fact during an interview Chris Kelly did with PA. Good catch, I'm dropping it. It would be a good product for a marathon or endurance training though.

What are your thoughts, if any, on pre-fasted cardio for fat loss (minus the exogenous Ketones)?
