I don't see any reason one couldn't start at half dosage to gauge effect. If it's the same 2 pills 3x/day, 1 pill 3x/day obviously won't hurt anything. It would just verify whether or not temp increase was too uncomfortable

1. Generally, the AMPk activation from DCP isn't going to be potent enough to cripple your protein synthesis, and the benefits of taking pre-workout given the prevalence of PPAR-delta in muscle cells, a preworkout dose is recommended.
2. With or without food doesn't matter much here, but if I had to lean towards a recommendation you should at least have a little something in your stomach.

I haven't eaten very much today, so that could be part of it, or as mentioned quite a few times related to my medical issues. I did get a temp increase today, just not dramatic (about 1 degree). Then again, I also haven't left my spot in front of the AC for the last 18 hours. Been doing computer work only.Any news on the temp issues? I work almost daily setting up machines and doing welding/pipe in factories that normally have 90-100 degree temperatures. Not sure if that is reason for concern just being cautious. Brite has already had me sweating profusely during work almost daily lol.

I think Matt's thermometer results made people a little nervous to take in under extreme conditions (i.e. work, labor) but I am not experiencing anything uncomfortable body-heat wise, just a general "warmth" and some mild stimulation/energy. Interestingly, DCP is crushing my appetite.
Just stay hydrated and don't push the dosage beyond the label fellas.

Yeah, Y'all were watching the wheels spin here, eliminating variables. I am still on the antibiotics for the infected gallbladder and the past coupla weeks haven't been pleasant .
By "hand mower" I mean "push mower" on 1.4 acres. Actually ended up with a touch of heat stroke. Too cheap to buy a ride-on mower but I may need to rethink that, lol.

The AMPk activation is far less than Epitome, but still try to avoid taking this right before workout.

The AMPk activations isn't really going to hinder your protein synthesis enough to make a huge difference so don't stress it too much.

I've been dosing since Saturday and taking it with food helps a lot. But I'm still hitting the bathroom every day like I've been eating really spicy food.
Think it may be the capsaicin getting to me.
Would taking dcp with Olympus labs trump 1hr pre work out be enough?Stomach issues may be the menthol IMO. Try drinking more water or using with a small amount of food.
