I do 45 minutes of fasted AM cardio every morning and often take Cardiotryx before hand (along with metabolic rebirth, ammo, and a scoop of alphamine). I notice that with Cardiotryx my heart rate is about 8-10bpm lower on average across the session (from around 148 down to 138). Any chance this would reduce fat loss because of lowered bpm, or would I be burning a greater percentage of fat over a slightly lower total caloric burn such that it ends up being better?

I have the same concern.

Is this taken all pre workout? And with the beta alanine and cop, is that in powder form?

Yessir. COP and BA are both bulk powders I have, so I just dump them in with the delicious Max Reps and then pop the pills of everything else.

Thanks! So in your opinion 25 ephedrine every time when cardio is done? Even if it may be everyday?

Well, I typically save it for just prior to basketball, which has lately only been Sundays, but I got to play tonight and did it again.

If it's every day I'd probably cycle off after 8 weeks just to be safe, but at just one tab a day it shouldn't be that bad (i did 3 tabs/day for I think it was 8 weeks like 7years ago the first time I ran EC.

Gotcha big baller! Who do u model your game after?

Ha! I just play for cardio opposed to a treadmill and it helps release some of my competitiveness.

Highest level of basketball I ever played was YMCA league -- I wasn't good. A friend of mine in college played ball in HS and was really good. He played pickup at the rec when I was there lifting and one day I just asked if I could play (my junior year).

For the longest time I wouldn't even shoot. i just focused on lockdown defense, getting rebounds, and setting screens. I tried to be like a shadow -- doing my job but going unnoticed. It worked well and slowly over time I'd start shooting.

But I just like to play the match-ups. And outside of the exercise component, I just want to win. So I'll gladly not shoot once if I have a team with shooters. Consequently, if I don't, I'll shoot as a means to win, but I don't prefer that as option 1.

So I guess my game is Rodman lol. But its weird for match-ups because I'm 6' and 230 lbs, so I'm big but not at all talk. In getting better about being able to D up guards, which helps substantially, because I can't do much on a guy who is 6'6".

Dennis Rodman is a great comparison. I'd also say Ben Wallace....

Your fat loss per unit of time should be much higher. Heart rate isn't a huge deal, and I wouldn't stress about it too much.

The boost in endurance and capacity is somewhat reflected by your lower HR.

I'm talking with an investor right now, and I'm hoping to have everything, especially CardioTryx, restocked by Mid-Summer.

You guys took all my stock, even my personal stash.

I have to,give you mad props. Its the most noticeable product I've ever taken in my life it just makes my cardio so much easier I often have to force myself to stop.

Works on day 1 too.

I honestly prefer to use it when I know it will be a hard session. So namely just basketball. Or if I was training for endurance running or anything, I'd use it for that.

But like my normal mornings when I hit stairs/laps between sets on my lifts, I don't take it. Would it help? Sure. But I get through just fine.

But when I'm playing ball, I'll go until my calves cramp up, my feet blister, or my shins hurt. My lungs don't fail me. Which is pretty crazy at 30 years old, 230 lbs., to be able to out-run some 18 year olds who are playing on a daily basis.

It's my first time trying it and I use it for cycling training (drunken session with boss ended up with me signing up for a 350mile bike race over 5days). Training sessions are about 90-120 mins each. Although I have no baseline to say as I have started taking CardioTryx with the start of prep for the race but knowing my endurance level I think it's really helping. Mind you I do all sessions fasted as well.

I just rocked a dose for some evening basketball (already trained back this morning). Up again in 6 hours for arms...lol

Any idea when this might come back around in stock? I'm running low and can't find any anywhere. This the most effective Evomuse product for me and my favorite.

I wold love to try this out for my boxing#!

Same here. I teach spin classes and would love to try this.

Would be wonderful for each of those things.

I know some guys who do MMA and love it.

The only time I use it is pre-basketball when I know I'm going to be playing for a couple hours (or if I were to do any other long-distance cardio-related stuff, but that's rare lol). It absolutely shines there and makes a bottle last forever, too.

I'd tried it before shorter sessions like 30 minutes on an off day and it obviously still helps, but I just prefer it for those others to be economical.

CardioTryx is sold out everywhere, including international. It is in the production queue, but the line only moves as enough revenue comes in to pay for everything. CT, in particular, is an expensive formula to produce.

But such a good formula that I am using right now. When it is produce again I will stock up!

From what was posted on the Facebook page a few days ago, Matt is planning to have cardiotryx produced sometime in the 4th quarter of 2016, so I'm figuring sometime s around early December.

That's about the soonest I'll be able to get to it, barring some kind of windfall.

Last one for now....

[h=1](-)-Epicatechin is associated with increased angiogenic and mitochondrial signalling in the hindlimb of rats selectively bred for innate low running capacity.[/h]Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed.

[h=3]Abstract[/h]Alternative approaches to reduce congenital muscle dysfunction are needed in cases where the ability to exercise is limited. (-)-Epicatechin is found in cocoa and may stimulate capillarity and mitochondrial proliferation in skeletal muscle. A total of 21 male rats bred for LCR (low running capacity) from generation 28 were randomized into three groups: vehicle for 30 days (control); (-)-epicatechin for 30 days; and (-)-epicatechin for 30 days followed by 15 days without (-)-epicatechin. Groups 2 and 3 received 1.0 mg of (-)-epicatechin/kg of body mass twice daily, whereas water was given to the control group. The plantaris muscle was harvested for protein and morphometric analyses. In addition, in vitro experiments were conducted to examine the role of (-)-epicatechin on mitochondrial respiratory kinetics at different incubation periods. Treatment for 30 days with (-)-epicatechin increased capillarity (P<0.001) and was associated with increases in protein expression of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor)-A with a concomitant decrease in TSP-1 (thrombospondin-1) and its receptor, which remained after 15 days of (-)-epicatechin cessation. Analyses of the p38 MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase) signalling pathway indicated an associated increase in phosphorylation of MKK3/6 (MAPK kinase 3/6) and p38 and increased protein expression of MEF2A (myocyte enhancer factor 2A). In addition, we observed significant increases in protein expression of PGC-1α (peroxisome-proliferator-activated receptor γ co-activator 1α), PGC-1β, Tfam and cristae abundance. Interestingly, these increases associated with (-)-epicatechin treatment remained after 15 days of cessation. Lastly, in vitro experiments indicated that acute exposure of LCR muscle to (-)-epicatechin incubation was not sufficient to increase mitochondrial respiration. The results suggest that increases in skeletal muscle capillarity and mitochondrial biogenesis are associated with 30 days of (-)-epicatechin treatment and sustained for 15 days following cessation of treatment. Clinically, the use of this natural compound may have potential application in populations that experience muscle fatigue and are unable to perform endurance exercise.

BMP powder should restock right after Chinese New Year is finished next week.

CardioTryx I have to start from scratch as far as suppliers go.

BMP powder with the new upgrade?

Did myo-inositol trispyrophosphate turn out to be viable for Cardiotrx?

Quite some time ago there was a major communication breakdown with my ex-partner. Pretty much screeched everything to a halt.

So I do cardio after working out. Should I take this before I workout or during my WO 20 mins or so before I run? Also any problems with also taking DCP and Brite with this?

When I've done that, I've just taken it before. But admittedly, I prefer to use it with my long cardio sessions (e.g. basketball) when weights aren't involved. IIRC, it will work best when paired away from food, but mostly away from carbs (been a while since I looked into all that, but I think that's right).

And no issues taking this with DCP and/or BRITE.

I workout on an mostly empty stomach so that won't be a problem. Thanks

Just bumping this again, I'm still really hoping for Cardiotryx. It's been so helpful with ling distance running.
