Alright folks, the ride has ended. But what a ride it has been! I started this log a touch over 8 weeks ago weighing 216, on my final weigh in I was down to 208, and a full pant size from a 34 waist to 32. This was done while not really changing anything with diet, plenty of cheats along the way but some hard work as well. Here's the pic from first week, four weeks, and final. Full thoughts below pic!

So as you can see Supernova 100% helped me lean out in the areas I was applying, chest and abs. I'm even starting to see the bottom two abs show up when I stretch or on a particularly lean morning. I would not have gotten these results, at this rate without Supernova, I literally changed nothing in my workouts or diets, barring an extra cardio day here and there. Dsade and Evomuse really knocked this out of the park and got a life long customer here! Now to break down a little bit
Application - The first bottle had some clumping issues towards the end but were easily fixed by running under water. The final retail version I had for the second bottle I had 0 issues with, went on smooth every time. Only thing was a bit of an odor, and a touch of stickiness on the shirt if you put one on right away. If waiting 5 minutes, no issues at all. Rubs on easily twice a day and you even get a bit of an icy hot feel so you know it's on.
Effectiveness - The proof is in the pudding as they say, the pictures really show how much this attacked the fat I was carrying. Doing any sort of workout with SN on you can feel the increased body temp right away, cardio especially would leave me drenched as can be. And it never plateaued, from day one til week 8, I could feel it working. I also used no other supps while on Supernova besides creatine, protein and fish oil. I can't wait to stack this with some other Evomuse fat burning supps.
Overall Evomuse has a real winner here in the topical market, and I can't thank them, Dsade and everyone else enough for following along! Please ask away with any questions you may have about my run.
