Get bloodwork pre-cycle and make sure health is in check. Time on + PCT = time off doesn't mean anything. It is bloodwork that tells you where you are at. I used to push that equation too, until I realized it is a flawed logic.

Quick Update on the DermaTherm. I have been using it for several days now. The application is very quick and easy. Dries very fast and a nice tingle but no to much.

Bro let's just say I can see Abs again when I couldn't 2 weeks ago... Give or take I was takin Anabeta, Alphamine and Evicerate. I am constantly on a bulking diet and I do no cardio. The pics are there haha

I hate following your logs ;) I take an hour nap and bam, 10 pages to catch up on! Nice work bro. Glad you're enjoying the Eviscerate. My pics are happening tomorrow night after my girl gets here. Hoping they turn out with some abs!

And I'm still holding you to a Clenviscerate experiment with me sometime in the future!

As for the experiment I have some liquid clen on its way. Was 30% off haha had to. It will be ready after my cycle
 
My training partner and I have been using DermaTherm target on our knees on leg days and its serving a nice little 'side-benefit' in the regard.

I have used cap for this reason in the past, it works well especially before training.
 
I haven't experimented with Eviscerate as a pre-workout, but I know Matt has had quite a few people using it this way for years. Pretty sure shoulders/arms are the most used in this manner. Been meaning to give it a whirl for a while now but never got around to trying it!

Eviscerate sucks. It has been out of stock in the UK for ages.

How do you guys send it here, do you just throw a crate in the Atlantic ocean and hope for the best?!

Dermatherm wins for UK customers because we can actually buy it lol.

with transdermals that include yohimbine hcl do you have to apply it before cardio to be effective? also do carbs negate the effects of transdermal yohimbine like how it does with oral?

Apply pre bed wake up do cardio

As far as carbs, not that I recall being a priblem
