Eviscerate Smolder Particles?

I swear I saw a thread on this about a year ago, but can't find it.

Just opened a bottle of Smolder, it's my third use (bottle) of the product in the last 18 months. This one is unlike the other two however - it has hard particles in it - sort of like liquid LAVA Soap you find in Auto Repair joints. Gritty. What's the sitch? Thanks.

dsade will make sure you're on the right track with this. Some of the situations are just a matter of stuff needing to be mixed in a bit more, but there was also a case where one batch was done improperly and Matt was taking care of replacing those for customers. I'll let him chime in, but if you know when/where you ordered from, you can have that info ready ahead of time and we'll make sure you're squared away.

Ok, thanks. Yeah, just ordered and got it in from a board retailer. Thx.

Yeah I have the same thing going on with my Eviscerate+. Ordered it from the evomuse shopify not too long ago.

The + shouldn't have any issues that I'm aware of (it was just a batch that went out to retail, as far as I recall). But again, I'll let dsade comment for sure.

The Eviscerate + is just really really stuffed with actives. I might have tried to put too much in - but the thickener was fine.

If you have an issue with a smolder order, hit me up. I know the problem and I will replace them. Just shoot me a PM.

I just thought the particles in the smolder were from using a different carbomer (gelling agent) or whatever? I usually just try to put a dark undershirt on before normal clothes? Is there an actual problem with it?

They are. It's perfectly potent, just the thickener didn't dissolve in the water/alcohol. The E+ is fine.

Gotcha! Yeah no worries with me.. They feel a little weird, like gel beads, when applying. But they don't seem to have any negative effect. Thanks for the reply!

Got my new Brite with the pump a couple days ago, LOVE the convenience! I'm just going to use it and then fill it with previous beta versions as it needs. Pump>syringe for sure!

Now your personal opinion - do you think the pump will work for the majority of the population, or should I hold off until I can get them softgelled? We're talking Walmart, GNC, etc.

Personally, and speaking only for myself, I think soft-gels should be the long-term goal because it's easier for travel, etc. However, with that being said, I don't see any reason to wait for that. I take a sip of water, 2-3 squirts of Brite and swallow. Sometimes I follow up with a swig of water but don't need to. The squirt bottle may turn some people off, but it may be free marketing. I took it to work and had a few pumps at work and some co-workers were asking me about it. I explained the science behind it (very general) and urged them to check out your website and this forum. Sorry for the long-winded response, I guess I would say in my opinion, that I do think the pump would suffice for the majority of people with a stretch goal of soft-gels in the future. Maybe others can chime in their opinion as well.
