I don't know if it's been asked, and I'm not about to search through 87 pages to find out - is there any chance of getting a larger size container of Ergonine? 60-90 servings? This stuff is part of my pre AND post. Honestly, it'd be my intra-workout too if that wouldn't mean $30 every ten days...

I don't think that 3 scoops a day is necessary given the appropriate amounts of ingredients. Why do you feel it would be beneficial? Even with intense training I don't that 2 scoops is called for. That being said, you have a good point in calling for a larger size. I would love to see that

To my knowledge, that isn't in the works. An Athletix rep will have to confirm that, though.

I think that overall the e9 formula is great. Of all the ingredients i personally add in more creatine. hydromax, hica and glutamine on certain days depending on training.
When I take it, of all the ingredients it already has, I really only add more choline, although it's usually CDP choline, and for cognitive effects, which isn't what E9 is for. I do like to add beta alanine to it though.With the already studied blend of everything included I add nothing,

Pretty much 1:1 with you there. I also drop in betaine/TMG to a total of 10g.

Personal experience has led to that dosage - greater endurance and seemingly better hypertrophy. However, due to some GI issues, I'm probably going to drop it to 7.5g. 10g gives me a bit of a gurgly stomach, which is distracting enough to negate the benefits of the extra 2.5g. 7.5g doesn't send me to the toilet every 20min, and allows me to blaze through my workouts. Also, I just scored 6 tubs of E9 for 17.50 / each. Love eBay.

I'm not entirely sure either, although I suppose people are always going to try to mega-dose supplements, especially if they're not too expensive. However, I did just read a study that, in healthy humans, "orally administered betaine had an immediate and dose-dependent effect on serum betaine concentration," and "single doses of 3 and 6 g lowered plasma tHcy concentrations (P = 0.019 and P < 0.001, respectively), unlike the 1-g dose. After the highest dose, the concentrations remained low during the 24 h of monitoring," so maybe more could be better?10g of Betaine? Why?

I suppose that betaine is a good supplement to experiment with increasing the dose, being that there is some research showing that higher doses are safe and may potentially be more effective. Plus it's cheap, so you're not going to go broke taking a bit more, which is nice. Haha, thanks for the advice. I take 2.5g/day currently, but I take that 2.5g at one time quite often, so I figure taking 2.5g twice daily should minimize the chances of stomach discomfort. I'm not sure I wan't to take all 5g at once though.Give it a shot, but stick near a bathroom in case your intestines don't like it as much as your muscles do.

Yes with AminoIV + Ergonine you are getting a solid dose of TMG, and synerglute as well

Going to try adding some to my E9. Is betaine something that needs to be cycled?
