You could take it fasted in the morning, but if you are not training no point. Just save it for around your workout when it would matter most to help your performance, endurance, and recovery to provide for optimal training.

Bob, let me get this straight..are you saying that it's best or that one "could" use E9 only on workouts days (preworkout) and not on your off days?
 
I would not use it on off days because I do not do anything on my off days (but usually work 12-14 hour shifts) i am going to save the product for optimal performance/endurance around my workout (Usually pre-workout) since i train in a fasted state. If i do train later in the day i still take it pre-workout because of the ingredients in the product and the effects it can have on improving ones performance which i try to set myself up for when i go to workout (and aim for improvement every session i do lift)

I personally have seen 0 difference with taking on off days, plus this will help save me money and use it when it is most necessary. If you want to drink it on your off day that is your personal preference. Me myself I am going to save it for the most crucial times (being my workout). You are going to get enough creatine taking it on workout days only. but if you want to use it like i said for your preference that is your decision.

E9 has played a vital aspect in keeping my recovery up, keeping my DOMS down, and improving my performance in the gym for early AM Sessions.
I also have been doing a lot of rumble rolling/stretching daily or weekly to help improve those aspects as well.
 
How many off days per week do you have though?

2x a week
train 5x a week.
Cardio is minimal ATM 2 20 minute LISS session and 2 x 6 interval HIIT sessions.
My recovery has been much better with the increased rumble rolling + Stretching i have been doing the last few months , but E9 does play a factor.

Again days i do not train i usually work 12-14 hour shifts.
 
I prefer to use E9 even on my off days. Especially with how crazy cheap it has been. Worth the extra few scoops a week to me.

As far as bcaa's go I use them only on training days.

i am a penny pincher. i only use supps when i have besides my daily staples
Multi, Fishoil, Digestive Enzymes, Probiotics, vitamin D

ill save my pre-workouts (which i rarely use since i am mostly off stims), endurance/performance enhancers, BCAA's (For fasted training) for my workout days only. Over time those scoops can add up and be a benefit on those workouts when you do run out!

Completely understandable! In this industry you have to save where you can as you can get crazy and drop a lot of money quickly. Been there done that!
 
When you don't have any off days, you get to enjoy Ergonine on the daily :).
 
Other than High Volume, what stim/caffeine free preworkouts do you stack with ergonine?

Possiblities: Caff free focus XT, Conqu3r DGE stim free, Vaskular (don't think its made anymore tho), bulk agamatine/citrulline/beta alanine/etc
 
I had some issues recently and not only has athletix adressed it, but they made it more than right. Great cust service, Real solid company. I will be ordering indefinitely in the future and continue to tell people about this gem of a company amoungst all these other shady supp companies.

Do you guys have sample packs made up for E9? Just curious because I want to try nanaberry 1st some point. Was gonna snag one, but it was OOS when I ordered (and I was out of town, so I wasn't lurking on my phone all day like usual lol).

If not I'll just convince bdcc to fly over and bring me some ;)

so back on to the actual supplement topic... you guys are taking this every day..? I haven't the past two days on my off day but its better to take it everyday as well..? the reason I ask is because I may end up running out of carnitine then for the x-gels

I would personally dose daily if you want improved recovery among other benefits.

I can see why that may be an issue though with dosing daily when you're only dosing ArA on off days.

Remember though, ArA is going to be just as effective without the Carnitine and GMS/emulsifier.

On your off days focus on stretching, rumble rolling, dynamic/static stretching should help your recovery.
If you are a penny pincher and want to save it for your WO you can or take it daily, your choice. I prefer to save my supps for when i need them (workouts)

thanks guys, well it wasn't about being a penny pincher necessarily but on off days I usually take no supplements, and do some active recovery or just be lazy and up the macros a bit. Basically those two ways have helped me recover fairly well. I just know a couple people have mentioned taking this everyday as the benefits take time to build in your system.

As far as a carnitine salt and gms emulsifier, I was unaware that you no longer needed those. Hmmmmm... good to know, less money I have to spend! guess I just wanted to make sure those 1.5g ArA are gonna be working to the best of their ability!

I also take mine every day. At this point it's just part of my routine and I like the results.

Yes, the ArA will still be very effective without those other additions.

Is there anything in here that increases hunger? I just started taking it yesterday, and the last 2 days my hunger is through the roof. This could be coincidence though as I have been cutting for 4.5 weeks now, it hunger may simply be increasing due to the extended diet.

Haven't noticed this. I have been having some stomach issues, presumably from the betaine.

On the first day of Ergonine I too had some stomach issues. I suspect mine was from an extremely high dose of betaine, as I was taking 3 supplements with betaine. I removed one of those, and now no more issues.

Yes, betaine anhydrous can cause GI issues. Good to know you eliminated some of the betaine supplements.

I have many problems with betaine. And also with creatine.
But I split the dose in 3 (early morning, preworkout, before bed) and problem solved!

I as well for the first week was starving wile taking ergonine after a week it goes away.. i take it every day and my hunger dropped back to normal and my muscles feel great. i even emailed them and asked cus i was curious why i was starving. but they said nothing in it makes you hungry.. all i know is my grocery bill for the week was higher lol
