I have this issue with most powdered supplements and I have small hands. I can't imagine how guys with larger hands cope. LOL

Question. It may have been asked before but I'm gonna ask again... Safe to use clen with E9? I'm on my second cycle of clen and I'm dropping Alphamine and high volume, is E9 ok to use PWO?

Nothing in it should be any issue with Clen
 
Wait, are you guys just using the volumetric measurement of the scoop? I weigh pretty much all of my powdered supplements and E9 is definitely not accurate on the scoop. At least for my tubs, a completely full scoop is closer to 20g than the 14g label dosage.

Weighing also makes the dregs very easy to deal with -- just pour it out and see what it weighs!

If you run out a little faster than you thought you should, you might want to double-check how much you've been taking :D
 
Shake your container and your scoops will be ~14g.
I forgot to shake up a new container and first scoop was 20g after shaking it today's scoop was 14.

Hmm, I'll try shaking again. Will report back after tomorrow morning's scoop.
 
It definitely settles in the tub, a good shake will help.

Have not scaled my scoops yet I will test
 
The experience of opening the tub of Ergonine after it has been vigorously shaken is so cool. Check out the E9 cloud that comes out :)

Settles big time because it's so fine and micronized it can almost double the weight of a single scoop.
At the same time after its shook up its so light and fluffy some scoops have even weighed out to 12g.
Yeah I weigh out every serving of E9 because I don't want to use to much or little.
 
Remember, E9 should be Shaken not stirred
 
I see Driven posted, but I weighed one of each flavor here to make sure (without shaking) and they were both 14g. E9 was tested for scoop size during production as well as upon receiving it so they should all be accurate.

Maybe you have scooped a little heavy because you just wanted more of an edge ;)

I ordered a tub of HV this am (paradise cooler), does that mix well with nanaberry?
 
I'm tired! But need to lift after work before this ice storm hits. What is y'alls preferred form of pre workout caffeine?
I generally take 3 acute fx (approx 175mg caffeine) OR just a really stout cup of coffee. And
I combine w/ 1 scoop HV + 1 scoop E9.
Random ish but curious. Thanks.

I would take Acute FX over coffee.
A tall coffee for caffeine + enough liquid for HV + E9 would be a lot

Plus I'm running threw it quick because I sometimes use 2 servings a day because even then it's less that 2 bucks a day.
Never thought to ask but is a double day AM/PM sessions with a serving of E9 for both an issue or to much of a good thing?
I haven't had any issues so the thought doesn't come up much.

Not really needed IMO but as long as the choline isn't bugging you why not.
Luckily the creatine anhydrous wasn't dosed at 5 like people used to think was necessary.

Many effects are replenishing stores of things depleted by exercise such as choline, Carnitine, creatine, muscular glutamine
So if you have good intensity in those 2 sessions it will be helping a lot.

Yeah no sides/issues to mention or have even crossed my mind as a side from E9.
All my sessions are high volume with multiple body parts hit. If I had to guess I get in at least 8 session in weekly and that depletes the crap out of me.
Plus my job is sometimes physically demanding too. Lots of heavy lifting, swinging of hammers, torque down hardware, and all that comes with being a mechanic/fabricator.

Not all double days get double E9 but the days that do I can feel and tell the difference in output and performance.

Gave 2 containers to my GF because I'm a nice guy and she puts up with my crap.
Also hooked her up with a shredded stack and a container of Blondie and SnickerDoodle.

I always tell me to wait because I have so much supp inventory, but always cave.
 
Well after a few days of slamming down Nanaberry I can safely say it is my favorite of the flavors. Mixed with CL Alphamine is heaven!
