Ergonine

So is the best time to take E9 going to be around the time you wake up before eating to perhaps benefit the most from the HICA or should it be taken pre-workout because of the betaine...that is if betaine shows most benefits when taken pre training more so than when taken at any time for saturation effects. I've seen a couple times that it's best taken pre workout but I haven't been totally sold on that yet.

Also, is there any reason why Beta Alanine wasn't included where this is designed as a daily staple product? Just curious

BA Is dirt cheap in bulk thats probably why.

Betaine seems to be more of a saturation ingredient to me but on training days, I'll probably still take pre workout, at least when taking ArA to benefit from uptake from the LCLT and high yield glycerol. On off days I'll most likely take upon waking on an empty stomach.

I figured the reason there was no BA added was due to many people not liking the paresthesia. I personally like BA so I'll end up adding a scoop...easy enough to do as a cheap addition to an already great product.

And yes adding BA would have just cut back on our customers. Not everyone likes it

I kind of enjoy the tingles lol

Correct on both ^
In addition beta alanine is primarily an endurance ingredient, The goal with E9 is bodybuilding and strength/power athletes to get bigger, faster, stronger. But if you take beta alanine with it you get endurance along with all the strength / power benefits!
 
Took my first dose yesterday PWO. Didn't really notice anything out of normal. However my sleep seemed deeper and more restful! Not a drowsy feeling either like melatonin gives me.

It should't be overly acute, recovery will improve though, which could help sleep.

Everything will saturate and kick in soon, how was the taste?

Taste was a 10! Wasn't tart at all like most supps, not chalky like most supps, but was very tasty!
 
i've come to realize that i have been much less sore following my lifting sessions, which have become much more intense/fast-pace as of late, with the addition of e9 being the only new variable in my supp/diet regimen. my guess is that it is probably due to the nice dose of hica.

HICA is definitely a big part of the reduced soreness :)
 
Let us know your thoughts :) I'll be scraping the bottom of my Nanaberry soon

Just opened my first tub of blue ice today after finishing nanaberry tub 1 yesterday. Bittersweet moment. I think i prefer nanaberry, but I mixed blue ice with HV today so i didn't get the taste on its own. Tomorrow or Thursday i'll get it on its own.

I'd say LCLT, unless you've tried that before.

LCLT does wonders for DOMS reduction for me.

Pretty great combo in our synerglute blend as well.

Glutamine has always had huge known potential but was wasted and used by our gut upon ingestion. Not with Ergonine.

I honestly think the 30 servings of 1.5g of hica is worth the price alone. I use hica max and when you compare prices then everything else in E9 you can see its a fantastic deal.
 
Good point about HICA, it was said before you cant match the E9 price buying bulk (plus extra hassle and no flavour)

But with the pure HICA options we match that price alone.

Also anyone using a fancier creatine salt, we match that alone in many cases.

9x the value and better results to get Ergonine instead
