Ergonine

This lol everyone who bought 12 will be at a dilemma of whether to buy more to taste it

I'm already almost through my first tub (of 10!) and would not hesitate to buy more in new flavors. The WAF was the only limiter, but I even have her on board now!

lmao, am i the only one who has noticed MORE soreness the day or two after a workout? Since taking this my body is constantly sore but it is by no means hindering workouts. It must be due to the increased work capacity (duh) which is cool. I definitely feel 'pumped' every day because at least 2 muscles groups are sore at once. I'm leaning out though so not a single fuk is given.

Also, I saw the betaine studies today.....after 6 weeks people lost 3% bodyfat and increased muscle mass? Something of that nature, I don't remember the exact numbers...is that for real? That's like PH results.

Those studies were very real and this is why TMG is popping up more now. There are some fantastic threads already here on AM as the studier ZiR RED was a member here

The increased soreness is very likely from the increased work load, feed your muscles to grow brother and let Ergonine do the rest

Looking forward to using Ergonine in about 6 weeks once i begin a stim break.

A stim break is a great place for E9, it may even hive you energy otherwise lacking in a stim break

Gave in! Just placed my order!

Good man! What did you grab?

Smart man! I'm loving my run so far. :)

I think we all are :)

Would throwing some beta alanine, COP, & agmatine in with this be a good idea?

If using it pre workout absolutely that would be good.

I don't think you need both BA and COP though. I recall it being suggested to use only one or the other because of competition for receptors

Sure thing! I'm taking alphamine, taurine, and high volume at the moment. (In between clen cycles) Taking this with ergonine a good thing?

Ergonine will assist with the fat loss,
We recommend dosing it away from the alphamine though because they both contain choline

because of my work schedule, I work out fasted, first thing in the morning. I just received alphamine the other day. for fat loss, how would you suggest I take alphamine and E9 in terms of hours apart? any other tips are welcome. thanks!

One hour apart should do, if you have an hour pre workout, or use the E9 intra

Ok so if I'm taking alphamine in AM 2 scoops and again with PWO then take the ergonine say Mid day?

Whatever timing is most convenient for you, and honestly the choline may not even both you (I was fine)

From personal use, Alphamine + Ergonine didn't cause any adverse effects from the choline content in both (2 scoops Alphamine and 1 scoop Ergonine).

Right, it won't bother some but it may others so we like to play it safe and have people start out taking any other product containing choline apart and work their way closer or w/ only 1 scoop of Alphamine for example to see how their sensitivity is

Agreed. Was just giving my experience.

E9 has some great loggers lined up, number one is the PL competitor Hyde

Hey bros. I have been taking the E9 for a few weeks now and I am not only enjoying the flavor of the nanaberry but more importantly the way I have been able to train harder. I have noticed my scale weight up about 5-7 lbs and was wondering if the E9 causes water retention. My diet is about the same before I started taking the product so no issues there. Has anyone else noticed an increase on the scale? Thanks

Likely the creatine, my guess is you don't see it in the mirror just on the scale.
It should all be intramuscular, and intracellular, fluid.

Hydrated muscles grow and recover faster, this is a good sign.

You are absolutely correct about the mirror. My pants don't fit any tighter and my body overall feels "thicker". One of the coolest aspects of this product is the recovery. For example, I have been "overtraining" my back with light, medium, and heavy rows about 6 days a week and my back is unfazed at this point. If my back could talk then it would probably laugh at me because I can't "kill" it :-)

6 days a week rowing?
Hulk status lol

Keep us updated on your progress for sure sounds like the recovery benefits are in full swing for you

Same effect here. There has been a few times now when I felt guilty for leaving the gym because I felt like I could keep going!

Great to hear man, you have an invincible back haha

Sometimes I hate piling it on because I don't want people to think this is a thread full of fanboy's who are experiencing a placebo effect. I have taken A LOT of supplements over the years and can honestly say that this is one of the very few natty supps that I can really feel a difference. Plus, I've never purchased anything from Athletix so there was no soft spot in my little heart for the company before purchasing E9.

I do a four-day split of Wendler's 5/3/1 with BBB accessory work. I do crossfit, so instead of cardio I do metcons on my off days. I am a chronic overtrainer (it's a mental issue, as I know I'd probably make better progress by resting more). I train at least 6 days/week and usually 7. I was worried when I started this split that I wouldn't be able to keep up, especially with the BBB accessory work. My plan was to cut accessory work as needed. However, E9 came just when I was starting my second cycle of 5/3/1 and I've felt great thus far (was getting worn down toward the end of cycle 1).

E9 has definitely become a year round staple for me.

that feel when e9's effects are fully noticed.

brb squats last week for 275 x 3 for 3 sets was pretty tough. this week, go bust out 285 x 3 and think 'eh why not up to 295'...hit 3...brb load the plate up for some singles 315 x 1,,,,325 x 1,,,,felt like an RPE of 8 but i didn't want to keep going. Haven't really tried going heavy much since I tore my meniscus last year but man it felt good.

all done on a calroic deficit and down 15 pounds in the last month and a half. not bad at all.

gonna buy the blue one this coming month. maybe even mix half and half with nanaberry. yum.

That's fantastic brother!

Getting weight increases like that while cutting is fantastic, you should be damn happy with that!

Glad to be seeing this continuing feedback on Ergonine as people use it longer
