that feel when e9's effects are fully noticed. brb squats last week for 275 x 3 for 3 sets was pretty tough. this week, go bust out 285 x 3 and think 'eh why not up to 295'...hit 3...brb load the plate up for some singles 315 x 1,,,,325 x 1,,,,felt like an RPE of 8 but i didn't want to keep going. Haven't really tried going heavy much since I tore my meniscus last year but man it felt good. all done on a calroic deficit and down 15 pounds in the last month and a half. not bad at all. gonna buy the blue one this coming month. maybe even mix half and half with nanaberry. yum.
