Sorry if this has been asked/answered, but if I take a pwo with choline in it, should take E9 post workout or in the morning (I lift in the evening) to avoid any stomach issues? Just ordered some nanaberry yesterday and can't wait to try it out!
Everyone's choline tolerance seems to be different. I have taken 1.5 scoops alphamine with E9 without any choline induced hiit to the bathroom. Id say try it out a few times as long as you dont have any problems with gi distress with your current preworkout. If you do its just usually one quick trip to the bathroom for me anyway. Nothing crazy or anything that will ruin a workout.
