Ergonine

I would like to see HydroMax taken out for COP only staple missing :) of them all lol. since hydromax is in HV anyway i don't see the point of it. can't wait to get some soon.jpeg

Dig the formula, hopefully I can catch a giveaway and get some for free :p '

Definitely going to be a staple for myself

Has Creatine Anhydrous become the new go to in forms of creatines? I've been using it via Modern Creatine (too soon for saturation at this point though), and I see it now in here.... Did I miss a coop's corner?

Glycerol's got a nice, wide therapeutic range. Here's one suppversity article discussing research done on doses of 10-12g: Invalid Link Removed

I'm sure the individual doses in HV and E9 are quite effective on their own, but I'm also pretty confident that glycerol's an ingredient that doubling up on won't lead to regret.

There will certainly be promos ti come but this is a great price to grab it at now

In general people are too concerned with the creatine form, they are all basically equivalent as long as you match the creatine weight, note this means much more product, and money, with creatine salts.

Anhydrous carries the most punch per gram, so is really the best option for us here. As for Cooper's input we are already getting lots of good info here from members and reps alike but I am sure at some point the ever-busy mr.cooper69 will make an appearance

No Coop's corner yet on Creatine anhydrous. The write up on Ergonine is a nice summary of his thoughts, though.

The thread on BB RVAPump created from last year is pretty good. Coop drops some info in there.

Is there an insider code to get 2 for $19.99 each? I am trying to order some, but seem to be missing something. Thanks! I think I'll grab a shirt as well (get this name out there :))

Never mind! It does it automatically. Wow! What a knucklehead

All done! 2 nanoberry tubs and 1 T shirt in the way! Whooooohooo

Regarding ferulic acid; is it something that needs to be, or should be, cycled?

Also, would you, anyone with PES/Athletics, or anyone in general, happen to have the text, or a link to the text, for the 30 mg/day ferulic acid study? I've seen it referenced in books and other studies, but I can't seem to find the study itself anywhere. It doesn't seem to be on PubMed or the library database at my university. A similar study seemed pretty promising, but I'd really like to see the text to this study.

It's good to take daily. IMO every athlete should take it daily which is why it made its way into the product

Interesting footnote, apparently Robby Robinson believes that, and I quote, "GLUTAMINE AND ALANINE... ARE PROBABLY THE KEYS TO ANTI -CATABOLISM." (all caps his, not mine).

It is great research. Finally glutamine can have a purpose that benefits all

I love the ingredient profile on this one! Nice work guys! How long will this sale price last?

Until Monday and then the price will be $29.99

Good info!

Also, I think you just started the new Ergonine abbreviation...E9, I like it

E9 is good, I was thinking Ergo but that is short & specific

Just placed my order. Now we wait.

Do you ship to Canada, and do they shipping price still .99$?

Shipping to Canada is $19. I shipped to a US shipping depot as i'm heading over there next week anyway.

Chris has your answer covered there, he ordered to Ontario for 19, so that is as good as it gets for an international package really

Just got my shipping confirmation. Doesn't get any quicker than that.

That's the cost of living in Canada. Too bad our dollar keeps dropping too or I would easily have ordered a bunch more.

Well I know Athletix is always on the lookout for ways to get this to everyone most cost effectively, so we will see what can be managed on the future,

I will have a promo code for any future orderers as well

Just so people are aware, you can't even buy all 9 bulk powders separately for a lower cost...and that's when the price of ergonine is $30

Not to mention the hassle of keeping 9 extra supplements stocked, weighing and mixing them daily, and then needing to add something for flavour.

Less money, less hassle, prime taste

Picked up 2, never tried pes products, but just ordered two months of Abe, alphamine, and now these. Hopefully I won't.be dissapointed.

What stack are you planning with them brother?

E9 will stack beautifully with just about anything. It can be used daily and is not required to be used peri-workout (although again some aspects will shine here)

It covers everything I want daily, and I can stack burners or natural anabolics to suit my dieting phase

I now have PES Select, Norcodrene, Erase Pro, and Amino IV. I have yet to be disappointed.

Abe and alphamine. I'm taking a break from creatine, but once I go back this will be perfect.

Recomp?
Alphamine will mitigate the hunger increase from ABE, so you can lose fat while retaining muscle. Great combo, Anabeta isn't commonly used in cuts but I like it there too

Then you can saturate creatine stores after and get all the extra E9 benefits

Yea I'm doing a recomp on the anabolic diet. I've been through the two week induction phase and now finishing week 3.IIve been doing some if style fasted cardio on weekends before I carb up, so lookin for that alphamine to get me moving. The e9 will be like candy lol

The price is pretty incredible. Hell, with the price E9 is right now, you can hardly buy a standalone HICA supplement for the same price. I'm not even aware of anyone that sells HICA in bulk, and I've done a little bit of searching myself. Ferulic acid is another thing that's pretty hard to find it seems; I can't find any of that in bulk either.

Yea the hica sold me on it. Not to mention the hydromax... It's pretty convient. Id imagine ara would stack synergistically with this from what I've read...

One of the great things about Ergonine, not only does it have all of what you need and then some, it stacks well with just about anything else you might be taking or want to take

Indeed...glycerol instead of the usual monostearate, and the LCLT are both ancillaries used to emulsify the ARA. Reps to you, sir

As a beta tester (taster?) I can assure everyone that their taste buds are due for a tastegasm.

I concur. My mouth is still wet from this and it's been weeks.

I haven't tried it yet but have been assured it is delicious.

Which flavour did you try?

Or if you tried both, which did you prefer?

Tried both, both are great honestly. I feared a banana-flavored supplement because that's a tough flavor to do properly without being overpowering or artificial (to me, the other one is cherry) but it tasted like a smoothie or daiquiri. The blue frost was unbelievable, but I'd add more water to not make it as sweet.

I got excited by the taste when I was told it was potentially the best flavour product we have ever made.

Like you, I always hold reservations on banana so I am excited to give this a go given your feedback. :)

I'm really looking forward to making some E9 popsicles when the weather warms up a bit. I have a feeling that both of the flavors will work really nicely in that form.

Can't wait to get my hands on my tubs; as usual, I'm tortured by being painfully far from Florida!

Good idea.
Amino pops are always good and E9 pops should rock too.

I hear you on living so far away from Florida but I sure do like the California life/weather.

I am an infamous banana hater lol.

Maybe high expectations because I actually enjoy bananas and use them in recipes, but I was very happy with this.

I have tried about 10 other products that had that super synthetic taste, won't mention them si I don't generate company-hate on me lol

But Nababerry is great. I will pay shipping from England to here if you don't like it ;)

Nanaberry got a unique name because it is a uniquely delicious taste ;)

I like banana flavors but usually only in candy and not drinks. This was great. The blue was really good as well especially if you enjoy very sweet flavoring vs some of the slightly tart berry flavors. I would go with the nanaberry of I had to choose just 1 but really you can't go wrong.
