Erase Pro question

Just got my bottle today. My question is how important is it to eat healthy while taking a supplement such as Erase? I also bought an all natural weight gainer today but on the label it says it has mono and diglycerides which are transfats. To my understanding they are the same as hydrogenated oils which are horrible for you. I always try to avoid transfats but this one slipped past me. I always eat healthy and buy organic food btw. Will the trans fats affect the effect of Erase?

Eating healthy is always the key, especially when you taking supps to make some gains. If the bulk of your diet is clean and healthy the amount of mono and di's in your shake shouldn't effect gains to any extent.

It wont affect the effects of Erase, but it will affect your results overall.

Good fats equals more testosterone

I actually read somewhere that fish oil ( one type of good fat) actually can lower testosterone. (I know I'm going to get jumped on for saying that :) )

I don't believe that this applies to good fats like coconut oil though, but I'm not sure

Yes and no, basically it increases estrogen because its a polyunsaturated fat but at the same time studies have shown that it inhibits SHBG's which leads to more free testosterone. Also being that its a dopamine booster, dopamine lowers prolactin which results in more testosterone. I would say if you are on the heavier side, then fish oil is more likely to lower androgens, but if you are on the leaner side, it could be of neutral or that of a positive effect.
No it does NOT apply to unrefined extra virgin coconut oil.

It shouldn't interefere with the effects of erase directly, no. A lot of people like to run erase to get a dry, hard look when they lean out and upping your fat intake will obviously diminish your definition. You're taking a weight gainer, are you attempting to bulk up? If so then it shouldn't be a problem. Or are you more concerned about heart health?
