Erase and Alpha T2: How Long?

I'm currently using Erase and Alpha T2, and I'm curious how long these can be run? Should there be a break period for these supplements, and what do you recommend? Thanks!

AT2 definitely requires a break, and you should use either 75mgs of Erase or 7 keto to keep thyroid production up.

8 weeks is the most I would go with AT2, as long as you have a good protocol with ERase, use it as long as you want. Go 8 weeks daily, then 5 on and 2 off. Take test boosters like HCGenerate with Erase to amplify things.
